:) I thought it's a special equipment ! I admit it's a very useful helmet... I have one for snowboard... but it's unicolor. The black part covering the fascia did the trick and fulled me :) Thanx for the reply

Hi there!

These kind of helmet should protect your face, teeth and chin. But I for exemple, was never in a situation, where I need this kind of protection.

But a full cut helmet restrict your possability to see,hear and sometimes to breathe (If the distance between the chin protecting part and your mouth is too less, the water can not drain fast enough if you overturn and than roll up)!!! For kayaking you better use a modern and light half cut helmet (as far as my experience goes.
