  • thumbs up if you see the happy face on the board

  • Please reply. I'm 12 years old and all of the end of season deals are going on and I'm trying to convince my parents to let me get a board because of how much money we could save. Last year I grew 5 or 6 inches so they think I should wait until next year. I ride mostly park so even if it gets below my chin it would still work for me. Please reply with your opinion, thanks.

  • @EgWyps Your boards length should be determined by your weight? What size are you riding now and how much do you weigh?

  • @thehouseboardshop I'm usually riding 140 - 142 and I weigh 112 pounds.

  • @EgWyps Yeah even if the board is below you chin its going to be ok... Board length is primary base on length so as long as you don't gain 20lb you will be fine. if your going to get a board you need to remember that you are going to gain some weight this summer so that is why I would suggest something around 147-151cm

  • this or ride kink i mostly do rails but hit reasonable size jumps?

  • the squeak noises are overpowering

  • @hardon4babes Sorry we will work on it.

  • dude its so flexy hahaha

  • HEY i am new to snowboarding but have been skiing for 10 years. i have rode 3 times but picked it up super fast and want to start riding more park but i would like to be able to take a board all MTN at times! would this board be a good choice (i have just been looking around at end of season deals) i would like a QUICK reply thanks! also keep the responses honest) and where i ride it is hard pack

  • @hate2skatelove2ride This is a good park board, but it would not be considered an all mountain board. How much do you weigh and what size are you feet?

  • Comment removed

  • This or the Bataleon Disaster? I ride rails mostly but i also want a board that would be solid for small-medium jumps

  • @TheErectionSoup This,

  • @TheErectionSoup The World Wide Weapon is the way to go.

  • This, or a salomon salomonder?

  • @dastous01 If you like to ride shorter boards this is the one for you. The Salomone is also a great park board and will be a little better for jumps.

  • im 5'6 150 pounds you think i could rock the 148 of this board

  • @aortiz375 You could ride the 148.

  • This, the rome artifact, artifact rocker or capita horroscope?

  • @247shredding World Wide Weapon wide!

  • im 5' 4" and 120 pounds and wear a size 12 what size should i get

  • whats the flex ratinnggg

  • @10truman Soft to medium. About a 3 depending on your size.

  • @thehouseboardshop yeah i just got the 2012 its a 151 super buttery

  • K2 WW, the Salomon Salomonder, Rome Artifact Rocker, Rome Garage Rocker, or Capita Ultrafear FK for rail focused riding but jumps up to around 30 foot?

  • Is this a good all around board and it is hard to learn on?

  • @kyletroy23 Its a good park board and yes thanks to the rocker it easier to learn on.

  • @thehouseboardshop This board or the forum scallywag. i ride park alot but enjoy bombing hills on occasion. any thoughts or advice?

  • So im 6'1 160 lbs with a size 12 boot what size should I get this board in? P.s. I ride mostly park.

  • @ReallyRaw3 First off good choice, a good size would be Wide 155

  • I like last seasons design.

  • This board is amazing just got it for Christmas!!!

  • im considering this board or the parkstar... which has better durablity for manuals???

  • bro .. your hand messed the 90 and the zero degrees kinda up.. :D

  • This board, cambered artifact or rossi retox?

  • @Mnlaxer44 Those are 3 great boards. Where do you ride and what is your riding style?

  • @thehouseboardshop I ride elm and powder ridge mostly i do some urban to so mostly jibbing techy rail stuff. I want it to be able to hold up decently on the jumps when i go out to colorado and stuff to.

  • I know that the ptex topsheet means stickers wont stay on, so does this also mean a stomp pad won't stay applied either?

  • @LiamHR0611 You should be able to put a stomp pads top sheet, you might what to use a blow dryer to heat up the deck and the stomp pad before you put it on.

  • I just purchased this board last week, should i wax the board or do you think its good? and how many times a year on avg if so? about once to twice a week in canada

  • @draketorontoYMCMB Not 100% sure about the K2's, normally board do come with a factory wax. But, it never hurts to re-wax, just to be on the safe side. You should wax your board after ever 3-4 time out. So ever two to three week you should but on a fresh coat of wax.

  • I just bought this board and i love riding the park, but i also like hitting pretty decent jumps, is this the right board for me?

  • @ParknPowSNWBRDR911 If you like riding shorter board this is the one for you. other wise you should check out the Park Star and the Happy Hour.

  • @ParknPowSNWBRDR911 Also the Jibpan

  • I am 5'11" ...170lbs....and a size 12.5 boot. What size would you recommend for this board.?

  • @thavids129 I would suggest getting the 155 wide but if you wanted to go down to the 152 wide you could, thanks to the Jib Tips

  • i love the feel of soft boards..but can i still take it off moderate jumps?...

  • @snakeman1027 Heck yes you can!

  • How does it ride in the pow?

  • @MrBobbyBrew becuse of the jib tip (built to ride 3-5 cm smaller) I would not recommend this board for pow. However, I would recommend the K2 Fastplant for the powder.

  • @thehouseboardshop I ride all park but mostly jibs, however I do occasionaly hit some kickers and transitions. I'm debating between this board and the Rome Artifact. Right now im leaning toward the artififact, what do you recomend?

  • @xXThexWolfxPackXx We are giving away a Rome Artifact on the 15th of November. (you can sign up to win at @ our web site /portal/lazz-kit/ in our articles section) It is a great Park and jib board. Both boards are flat with some rocker in the tip and tails. The one thing that I like about World Wide Weapon, is that is has a larger flat area. Creating little more stable board that is still loose and buttery.

  • @xXThexWolfxPackXx I have a Artifact and I love it~! The flex on the board is great, also is decent for jumps...

  • Is the K2 weapon good and flexy for buttering?

  • @LiamHR0611 Yes it is. You can also ride the board 3-5mm shorter then your typical snowboard (thanks to the jib tip construction)

  • just so everyone knows, stickers DO NOT stick to the top sheet of this board. ive had 2 of them and every sticker fell off within a few days

  • @ANTIHERO801 that because they use a base material for the top sheet. Did you find that snow slid off the top sheet as well?

  • @thehouseboardshop oh yeah i should have mentioned that. for the most part snow slid off easier than most boards. only ice would stick but you cant do much about that on a cold day. great review by the way love these videos

  • I WANT DAVE!

  • this board looks far beyond good

  • Its kind of an beginner's board no? But how beginner? like 360's with some small grabs? Thats the board level or if I can do that I should get and parkstar?

  • @limamtolok Alothough you will be able to do all of that and more with ether board. The Wold Wide Weapon would work as a beginner board, but i would not classify it as one. The Parkstar has a little different core with some honeycomb added for a smother flex , and a 4000 sintered base for more speed and durability.

  • I'm on this for sure!

  • Hey I am a decent all mountain rider who knows the basics of the park but really wants to get good at jibs. I am thinking of the Ride Crush, K2 W.W.W, Arbor Draft, Endeavor Color, or Bataleon Disaster. Which would be best for REALLY good presses and butters while not totally sacrificing the ability to do small jumps and cruise the mountain?

  • @jds3939 The Ride Crush or the Arbor Draft!

  • @thehouseboardshop Can you please explain?

    Thanks

  • @thehouseboardshop Can you please explain? Thanks

  • This board or slayblad...im leaning towards the slayblade....i like to ride powder, park and basically do all mountain riding

  • @lightning4424 I would have to agree with you on this one. The Slayblade is definitely more of all around board.

  • ik this is a jib stick and this might be a dumb question but can it hit jumps and take high speeds? i have a ride machete 158 and want to go a little smaller and have a little more fun but i dont want to sacrifice everything

  • @mattyfo95 this is more of a park board. sounds like you need a directional and not a twin. but 158? thats for a giant. lol

  • @skaterbomber idk i like the idea of a twin and yeah im like 5'11" and 200 lbs haha

  • @mattyfo95 One of the cool things about the World Wide Weapon is that you can ride it 5 cm smaller than you normal board so a 156 would work great.

  • @mattyfo95 Yes it can, and you can ride a 5cm smaller than you typical board, it does pretty good at high speeds but if you want a little more out of the board you should check out the k2 fastplant.

  • what size would u reccomend for me. I do free ride alot more the park im 5'5 shoe size 10.5 and i weight 105

  • you guys should do a review on battalion snowboards!

  • @borge005 noted.... we will, we are just waiting for our first deliver of Bataleon snowboard

  • what size do u recommend?

im about 5' 6 and my shoes size are 9.5

  • @5poon367 How much do you weigh?

  • @thehouseboardshop

    about 118-120

  • @5poon367 For park a 144 or 145, for free ride I would say a 149 or 150
