@qtboutique...@utubeuzername is right..hair does grow genetically...but continue with the biotin..it does work...I took it eveyday for 1 year when I first when natural...my hair grew from chin length to brastrap...my hair grows fast but it helped. As far as acne...I never had acne from biotin...my skin looked better while using it...my dermatologist even recommended biotin.
ur hair will grow regardless, with or without the biotin, and biotin causes acne be careful , and there is nothing u can take or put on ur hair that will give u thick hair, that's genetically predetermined, keep tension off of ur edges and ur hair will grow fine, looks like you take really good care of ur hair so don't manipulate it 2 much and ur hair will continue to look good and grow
@UTubeuzername84 oh wow, I've never heard about biotin causing acne. I actually think it helps my skin look a little brighter. But thank you for the tip, I'll definitely be paying attention. And I'll continue to use minimal manipulation on my hair and deep condition regularly. Just trying to retain three more inches by February. :)
I took 5,000 mcg a day for 1 year.
