The Brewer identification and witnessing of LHO attempting to shoot McDonald is quite damning. Innocent people do not often shoot at police officers. A frameup would have to involve false testimony from the shoe store salesman Brewer. Not impossible, but seems quite unlikely.

Very good video, but I think Brewer must have amnesia, as he once stated that he recognized Oswald from visit he made to Hardy's shoe store the previous week, at which time Oswald had been a difficult customer.

Also odd that had Oswald just shot the President, he would decide to go to a movie theatre, and not buy a ticket, despite having more than enough money in his pocket. Seems more likely whoever he was supposed ot meet ratted him out to the cops so they had their man.

Who issued the APB between the shooting and the capture in the theatre and how did theydevelope a visual discription??

One of those who saw the Oswald double while Lee Harvey Oswald was under arrest in jail was a car mechanic who worked near the spot where Officer Tippet was shot. Another person who saw the Oswald double AFTER the assassination was Robert Vinson. Check YouTube for the video - if it's still available. Oswald never shot anybody. No sir!

Of course it wasn't Oswald that Johnny Brewer saw. The guy Brewer saw was an Oswald double who had just shot Officer Tippet and was drawing attention to himself to lead the police to the Texas Theater. The REAL Oswald was already in the Theater! The real Oswald was arrested and taken out the FRONT of the theater and the Oswald double was taken out the back and released later and was never heard of again although the Oswald double was SEEN by several people while the real Oswald was in jail..
