this is EXACTLY what God did for us. he didnt have to, he could have easily saved his Son, but he chose to save all of us instead. He was upset and sad about the death of his Son. But at the end when he sees the child who looks like his Son, he was happy. With out him i have no idea what i would do.. i would be lost and with all the hardships i have already been through, i do not think i would have stayed alive. I would have killed myself by now if i didnt have Jesus in my heart.
our life has a unique reason to make the world complete..... if we listen carefuly..... the world cries each time a person dies..... and GOD hears that cries..... we all are important .... and this clip tells us.... only to believe that we all are has been given a second chance to make our live meaningful.... and GOD always stand before us..... HE LIVES MY REDEEMER LIVES......
people spend way too much time debating if there was a god or not. just live life and im sure you will find out when you - not that it makes much difference when your dead.
If I live my life believing there is no God and there is then I have lost everything. If I live my life believing there is a God and there isn't, I have lost nothing. For me I don't need to debate, my soul tells me he is real. When you are dead it makes all the difference. A free gift...not religion....its faith and believing and excepting the FREE gift. Just living your life won't work. Nobody can do enough good works to get there. Its not works, its forgiveness and excepting the free gift.
have you cried ?? when ur best friend die?? or one of ur family die?? and you carried that sorrow with you?? and people around you sees that sorrow within you?? and when that happens.... you've changed something within them?? we all have reasons and the reasons HE died is "LOVE"
The real question is not whether the all powerful God can save us without the death of Jesus. The real question is: If God truly sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sin and raised Him from the death, what is our response to Him?
God clearly tells us, "The wage of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus (Romans 6:23)." Jesus died for you and for me. It is your sin and my sin that put Him on the cross.
again, he didn't really die because he rose to heaven soon after that so he wasn't punished with the spiritual death that face.
if he were to go to hell forever instead of us, that would be a different story. but he was in hell for only 3 days (and he bore the punishment of all the sins of all of mankind in all of history) does that mean that if we don't belive and repent we'll be in hell for only a short while too?
The resurrection does not change the fact that Jesus did die. The birth, life, death and resurrection of Christ are all parts of God's plan of salvation. Why was it 3 days? Why wasn't it 2 days or 4 days? I don't know. Only God can answer that question. We often forget we're the ones who deserve to be in hell. God doesn't owe us anything.

I agree with the message, but this video is kind of over the top. It is also not an exact allegory for what God did. Agree that God is great though!

god is all powerful so he didn't "have" to do anything. he could save everyone without having to sacrifice someone.
besides, if jesus rose to heaven, than what's so sad about his death if he didn't really die?

I hope you will think again who He really is.
