Wow... It actually hurts to read the nonsense here. They are in a single engine Cessna. Requires 1 pilot. Could be in either seat. The guy in the left seat (PILOT) is wide awake. Done.
Oh and BTW, people flying airplanes, who are not employed by an airline, can ware anything they want.

Wrong! All pilots wear either 3 or bars when on duty. It shows their rank in the flight deck. It's what is called in the industry "Uniform Standards". I've been in the airline industry for over 8 years-it's something you learn right away. I have flown all over the U.S and Canada and have yet to see a pilot dressed in a t shirt.
