@TheInGenCO: Yes, nobody was hurt. This heli was on rescue operation when some climbers went into troubles. Heli with such damage can be repaired, but unfortunately it is impossible to retrieve it from there. Only Mi-26 can do it, but it can't operate safely on such hight.

@Vossekop43 It is a transmission fluid. It seems like a pilot got hit something with his tail rotor. Flying that high in a chopper is risky because an air is much less dense in the mountains. Most chopper types including military won't even make so high.
