crits override skills, and skill also affects hit%'s so somehow the tigerts and cats skills were much higher since they got 100% hit so i think that the eclipse bugged out.... capice
@493pokemaniacV2 ... and HOW per say do you know what order your priority for those calculations are? Unless you have a USBGecko or Dolphin and are able to look at the ASM in the game, you can't be sure :/
@shadowofchaos725 since i cant say something smart here ill say something stupid, you may delete my comments as necessary.... you are right... i cant be sure but here me out at least, going thorugh the order as mentioned below and watching this vid along with previous playing of the fire emblem games one can assume that crit is calculated first (other battle skills calcualted before battle starts like resolve) since that is the first animation of the attack, (cont)
@shadowofchaos725 (cont) it then reads the damage and per forms waht it needs to do, if cirt is activated it multiplies damage by 3, if not then the attack is calculated normally, then hit percentage is put into the mix last since the other animations have gone through... attack skills are as follows : ATTACk skills (such as impale or eclipse) and are calculated during the attack process, but if crit would go first then the skill is nulled and void... (cont)
@shadowofchaos725 (cont) that is why i said what i said, you can call my last comments wastes of time and me a trolll or wahtever since lame excuses wont "cut" it here... but i thankyou for hearing me out (atleast) and i spoke my thoughts
(((lame excuse here.... "mistypyed last comment and forgot the i "thought" part after my 3 period pause)))
For games FE6-FE12... "True Hit" is taken into account. What you see isn't actually an accurate representation of the hit, but 2 RNs averaged together and the result compared with the hit stat. So lower ones tend to hit less, and higher ones tend to hit more than usual.
Crit gets calculated only AFTER it hits with one RN.
Skills are various. Like how Aether and Astra can miss, while ones like Luna can't.
@TaterSandwich Skills override critical hits. Zihark has had 100% Crit with a forged Silver Sword (That had Seraph Feathers) and maxed out crit as a Trueblade with the Gamble Skill. He still Astra'd rather than Crit'd.
@shadowofchaos725 josan2964 you should look at his comments in unleashed supreme black knight video this guy is so stupid talk some sense in this guy i mean even on easy in my opinion it's hard as hell he thinks i am crazy?!
@rookie564 Nope, it includes it. I used a luck bonus weapon hack for Pelleas. That's how his miracle activated 100 percent of the time in the "Lord of the Dance" video.
The explanation is really simple: While the 3-13 Archer dealt 14 damage to the cat, he also secretly changed the programming of the ally AI and forced the lower right Archer to target the Burger King. With the Burger King injured, he suddenly didnt find the will to launch 100% eclipses.
Idk what to tell you about that % of the skill activating or anything but what I can say is BK FTW!!!! Lol sry im just fan of the BK. (Note: BK meaning Black Knight, not Burger King) (2nd Note: Believe me I've had people get the two mixed up >.>)
@Maximilian642 It definitely does... see the "Lord of the Dance" Pelleas video... his luck was boosted with the weapon and he had a total of 100 luck... which meant he couldn't die with "Miracle"
The only reason Burger King fucks with you:He doesn't like the fact you hacked him out of his heaven lol

I think Critical overrides Eclipse but don't quote me on that (in terms of the second battle).

It really depends on the ASM routine.

Which code allows you to get the Black Knight as much as you want?
VideoGamesEpic 5 months ago
I think that crits activate before skills. And you forgot to look at his biorhythm. bad/worse biorhythm gives - 10-20% skill activation rate.

@shadowofchaos725 just curious which fire emblem game is more hard fire emblem radiant dawn or fire emblem Sealed Sword?
DeBOMBs88 3 weeks ago
@DeBOMBs88 Radiant Dawn is definitely harder.
Simply because they had to program in a "Battle Save" so that the difficulty wouldn't be THAT much of a problem to North American players.

simple way to solve the mistery: atack 100 times, and you´ll get 50 eclipses :P
Kratoz226 1 year ago
@Kratoz226 that doesn't solve anything, even a 99% eclipse could give you 50 eclipses out of 100 hits.

Maybe it's because the % chance is the base skill stat like no +60 skill and just 100 skill.

I think crits have priority over eclipse.
Try a bronze sword. (No crit chance)
Aaaand it might actually be skill/2%...
1337treeckolol 1 year ago
@1337treeckolol Skills take priority over criticals... I've definitely done enough "100% critical" chances and still see an Eclipse/Mastery Skill...
shadowofchaos725 1 year ago
@shadowofchaos725 Maybe the skill activation % caps along with the character's skill cap.
IE Eclipse's max % of activating is 40. (BK's skill cap)
By the way, this is a theory.
