it is SO easy for me to get abs for my upper abs but i have a hard time with my lower. i have had a flat stomach before, now i have gained a few pounds from stress eating. i have that little pooch. this workout definitely works and i'll be using it. thank you!

planking also works. any core workout will do. marathon is all about will power after you have the basics of long distance running.
