The second urinal is actually an A.S. Lynnbrook (blowout). Trimbrook is a siphon-jet model. Good examples of Trimbrook are #64 for some newer AS Trimbrooks, and an older version in #78
Bad news! I would have had that video as planned two weekends ago, however Harborview finally got around to remodeling this restroom for ADA accessibility, and along with it the old Instantos sadly are gone forever. The poor bastard that was in the one stall that is in that room now had no idea why I was swearing as much as I was (discovering the remodel when I walked in there). I told him that I turned my ankle!
Haha! Sounds like me when I discover an old toilet has been replaced. It is so disappointing isnt it? I can't really blame people for replacing them because they are water wasters and look so obviously outdated, but it is a shame for the few of us who can appreciate the rarity of these models.
The older Instanto originally consumed up to five gallons per flush. This volume was downed to 3.5 gallons since 1992, hence the slightly smaller trapway seen on the newer model.
5 gallons - WOW! I actually know where there are two REALLY old Instantos that actually are branded 'Standard Instanto' which have a vortex jet! I will post them when I can video them.
The urinals are actually different: The first is a washdown with no siphon and second is a VERY loud vortex jet urinal. Both are american standard though.
Those two urinals are the same, and the last toilet I see appears to be the oldest fixture of all in this restroom.
A-S urinal model: Lynbrook 6605.027
A-S toilet model: Instanto 2511.012
All fixtures, except the 2nd Instanto you showed us, date from 1994 or later due to the markings below the maker's name indicating how many gallons these units flushed. The 2nd Instanto (also model 2511.012) would date from 1987 to 1993.
Hey I was wondering if you tapped your foot on the pavement for a blowjob while you were inside that restroom wasting all that water?

They are at Harborview Hospital in Seattle

Blowout-flushing toilets and urinals are said to be built like tanks due to their obvious and ferocious flushing action.
