All characters are the same - but I think the movie is the older version and thats why it looks so odd ^^ The main difference of movie and series are the endings!

i don't get it...(the story line of the animation)....

to me it just looks like a bunch of random anime clips some guy through together...it would probably be better if you spent a little more time on each segment...because it switches too fast between stuff and i have no clue what's going on

Sorry, but it wasn't my intention to get the story line of the anime. If you want to know what's going on you should watch a trailer. I make my AMVs so that they fit to the music and for this song it had to be fast sequences, otherwise it would be boring.
