Maybe if you spent less time looking at the pc you could set up a responsible routine for bedtime. U constantly look at ur pc while u brush his teeth, change him, feed him etc. His hairs matted/tangled. Try a haircut & paying more attention to your childs behavior and less to looking at yourself on the pc. A warm bath (with hair washed/combed), clean clothes & soothing lotion should calm him. At 3 you should have a better routine for bedtime. Children need consistency no matter WHAT they eat
