Well what can I say about cooking videos without making ignorant statements unless the cook is making something strange to eat like your neighbors cat than there is not much I can say of here. I did however for light of my channel make this myself at home I do recommend it but I suggest fish without a strong fish taste like haddock but I do recommend this recipe I give this video 3/5

If the flour tortilla is fried, then it's called a burrito. and it's not called "bread" a taco can be hard or soft, and they do not bake them. They are fried. Thats also how they make corn chips, like doritos or plain corn chips. you take a corn tortilla cut it in across and vertically like a t and then fry them. I have worked in a real Mexican restaurant, (no not taco bell) I would know.
