it was missing rear seats, front seats were from a gsr integra leather ones but i still ended up changing them to a stock si ones becuase they were riped off, odometer cd player, ac, valve cover, all the inside plasstics, basicly it was just a shell.

but parts for any civic are cheap plus i have a budy who has a yard full of hondas and acuras and he just sold me for almost nothing all the parts, but the paint job,rims, suspension kit, and few modifications of engine

I don't think your motor is making power above 9,000rpm. You should rig a light to come on @ 8,800, by the time you see it, you will be shifting exactly at 9k and get better 1st to 2nd acceleration.
