To Bryan: Man..it looks like your vaca was a bit too long for you. I LOVE to travel but after 8 days...I'm yearn for my home.

To Jay: a note about "equality" in Canada. It is a false perception that in Canada everyone is treated equally. While the laws do not make a difference between gay, str8, white, black, christian etc... there are alway people who believe what they will believe. The laws in Canada punish ppl for the actions they do, not the beliefs they hold. So hate exisit in Canada.

@JasonPerrino @depfox Jason is right. Canada is probably one of the most liberal countries in earth and compared to the US, way ahead in terms of LGBT rights. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of people who hate gays, immigrants, women, etc. even the gays hate other gays for a number of reasons, and I'm pretty sure you have met gays who hate gays who adopt and live a non-stereotypical life. There's no country on earth with 0% LGBT discrimination. Even the Netherlands has its Bible Belt.
