Thanks for this video. You guys are right on. Good shots too. I shoot a .22-250 myself but you certainly can't take anything away from that little .204. Gosh, it's really impressive. Thanks for sharing this.
i went to Rosebud south dakota last spring, took my savage model 12 in 223. I took 400 rounds of reloads hornady 55 grain vmax molycoated, and i took mt left handed stag model 5L in 6.8 spc.I had 200 rounds.IF oyu ever get a chance go to rosebud indian reservation, Loaded with dog towns,I laid in one spot for 4 hours!had target anywhere from 85 yards to 350 yards. dogs have bad vision and if u sit still in laying down dogs will stay up for yah most of the day.
@tacoman375 i shot a squirrel with my 308 becaue the school section had no deer in it!! THAT was funny. it took like 3 seconds for it to fall from the tree!
i was in fairfield montana last summer using a 220 swift to shoot golphers (as they call them) 400 yds free handing with no rest blowing them apart. never had more fun shooting in my life, going back this summer for more
I live in Montana as well and yes it is rare for multiple ones to stand at one mound, but if you start at the right time in the spring when its starting to warm up the babies will all be standing at the top because they are simple too dumb to realize you are a threat, when I do this I see multiple ones standing at one mound all day, good video thanks for posting
DAMN! We don't have many prairie dogs where I am at.

awesome shots, imagine having a M203 grenade launcher for the group in the middle, a slight bit to the right at 2:50, omg that would be carnage.

what round are you using? 22-250?
Im using the .204 ruger in my model 12 savage and loving it.
they look like 200 + yard shots.
