Well, I'd be able to build another one faster so that would help. The materials cost isn't very great, but I don't know about the labor per hour - you won't get rich doing these unless you can sell them for a pretty penny. I've got mine for sale at $1200 in barely used condition - would consider offers.
@DotCmaker01 Ha - yes. Keep in mind it's a horizontally opposed motor with spark plug covers - makes it very wide. And, it has a big 3+ gallon tank on TOP of the motor - overall it's similar in weight to a modern motor of comparable size - the new ones have so much more junk on them.
Nope, build went well, I could do a 2nd one faster now. Plans were good, make sure when you start to put in the sheer and chines that you keep the tails straight.

That looked like a good project. What kind of a motot was that. Did you have any trouble with the plans or make any changes
