actually except for the gluing on your pads thing...0.o....the backflip isnt actually that hard. Find a jump, pull lean, keep your eyes on your landing and almost like a Christ air, pull your back in to land.

@frankster262 Kona stinky is a terrible bike for downhill. The only Kona that is good for downhill is the Kona Stab. e.g. your Kona stinky has mechanical disk brakes. If you want to do some serious downhill then you need a much better bike.
