I am fed up with this "it was always in quran." thing. if a squid with 11 heads is discovered now I am sure someone will say quran mentioned it and find some vague verse to prove it.
"Do not the unbelievers see...? .... أَنَّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ كَانَتَا رَتْقاً فَفَتَقْنَاهُمَا .... 'That the heavens and the earth were joined together, and we clove them asunder."
Koran: a vain and futile attempt to clothe an otherwise empty philosophy in some semblance of scientific credibility by invoking itself as its own written authority!

@aks000123 first get knowledge of the Quran then post! what do you think the word 'sama' or heavens means? what u see when you turn your head up?! it means whatever is inside space..heavens has two meanings one is the sky and the other is the bigger universe. it is the other 'heavens' not the skiesss! and indeed the earth and all that is in space was one before it was separated in the big bang and emerged the galaxies and all that.
you mean that sentence explains the whole big band theory?!?! Is this dude kidding?
'the heaven and earth were joined together and we closed them asunder." well... what about the other 8 or 7 planets?? should we just assumed they were included?? what about the other galacies and stars and shit... where were they when God closed heaven and earth asunder. all i heard was THE HEAVEN AND EARTH. not billions of galcies. But i guess we should just assume those were included as well.
@aks000123before the big bang the universe was a hot dense mass that expanded rapidly.it says so on wikipedia and if you type "big bang BBC".when we think about the first moments of the Big Bang,we see that the entire matter of the universe collected at one single point. In other words,"the heavens and earth"which were not createdyet were in an interwoven and inseparable condition. Then, this point exploded violently, causing its matter to disunite.
u can also see the site umich.edu. it says that all matter and energy of the universe was at one point and the point exploded like in a bomb explosion to give rise to the earth and all the rest (heavens) that we know today.

First of all, the big bang was not when the galaxies formed from an original nebula, it was when the universe was created from nothing, there was no time or space before it. Second of all, and maybe I just missed it, but can someone please tell me how the verse Zakir quoted even remotely resembles the big bang? He talks about the heaven and the earth joining together when the earth was created 10 billion years after the big bang, and within the sky, not being attached to it.

@isubo They might do now but historically it was never translated that way, as I have demonstrated. "With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace" from islamcity and dar-us-salam., sacred-texts., an angelfire site, ahadees. all agree. Would you like me to go on?
@isubo Exactly: Allah doesn't know that the Earth is in what he describes as heaven. Pretty much like the ancient Greeks didn't. When we realised that the distinction between Earth and what we until then called heaven was invalid we created a new concept: space and heaven became a purely spiritual realm.
So either we are already in heaven, expanding or not, or can go to heaven in a rocket or the Quran got it wrong.
@isubo No it used to be; there was a time when we thought what we now call space was heaven. We used to think the sun and planets were Gods, then we thought it was the place God lived, hence poetic phrases like "All the stars in heaven." Then we realised that we are not separate from the solar system and that the solar system is not the same as the place described in holy texts as heaven. So we invented a new term: space.
@isubo Right so the universe is the heavens and Earth is separate from the heavens ergo Earth is separate from the universe. The planets are supposedly in the lowest heaven, so they are in the universe. So the universe starts at the orbit of Venus. So in order to get to heaven all we have to do is get to Venus or Mars. Is that what you're saying the Quran effectively claims?
@ketsan No, the gardens you are speaking of, i suppose, are probably only accesable in the afterlife. Earth is not seperate from the universe, but it is seperate of the rest of the universe.
@isubo I'm confused. as-Saffat 37:4-6 states that the planets are in heaven and al-Baqarah 2:25,29 states that heaven and Earth are seperate. So if heaven is the universe and we are not in heaven how can we be in the universe? Surely the logical explaination is that since the Quran mentions the planets which are part of the universe and states that we are not part of the universe in contradiction of observed fact that the quran is wrong.
@PersianWiseMan1 Created, but not yet appeared. I suggest you take your sherlock holmes stragety elsewhere, maybe towards the big bang theory. I'm sure even you will find alot of flaws ;). And don't even get me started on evolution theory, which is so flawed, I can't believe they teach it in school. Use google and be amazed my friend.
@PersianWiseMan1 Just use google and look for yourself, if you want to grow as a human being, that is. The Big Bang theory initiated by God has no flaws, because it explains how it all could happen.
Amazing, the heavens and the earth means the planets, the stars, the galaxies, etc... How much God can cover in two words? brilliant! The stupid scientists needed not to look further if they only learn Arabic and read Quran.
Because somepeople like you will take centuries to understand such things. My dear to get knowledge you have to be open minded. Don't close itself in a single cage. Just go out and find things which satisfy ur hunger of knowledge. Don't read the Quran as a Muslim bur read it as a scientist. I am sure u will get the answer why u can't understand but zakir do. Thanks.
Being a scientist myself, I am surrounded by other scientists and come across top scientists on a daily basis. I am yet to meet one who claims to understand the big bang theory. Why? Because we are mathematicians and even though math and physics are close cousins, we are very ignorant of advanced physics.
But then Zakir Naik comes along... and tells us he understands the most advanced kind of advanced physics... wonder how?
Zaik is a psudo-scientics lol. Manipulating verses and try to fit it up to modern age. I recommend people read scientific books and then come back to claim science in the quran.
Not a singel time in my life i have seen a religiouse person read scientific books, they only read books that is good for them like things that support the view on islam, christ..or judaism etc etc. Its all a joke.
@qwerty0019 yeah its all bullshit. If god really exsists god or gods can tell us how quantom mechanism works or all the other big questions. In religion we never have to ask how and why questions because GOD or GODS simply DID it, but dose it ever answer the questions. I feel so sorry that people go and die and they belive all this nonsens.
You obviously haven't met any muslims. Muslims usually choose the feild of science in their studies as it does not conflict with any of our beliefs. Science done right is truth. And we believe in the truth. We are not claiming that the Quran is a book of science. There are clearly things mentioned in the Quran that could not be scientifically proven until relativly recently. If you don't believe, that is your choice. But don't defend yourself with open lies.
@qwerty0019 Here are my objections. First, Naik screws up the explanation of the Big Bang. There was no "primary nebula". Secondly, Naik takes one vague sentence out of the Koran and tries to shoehorn that sentence into cosmology
@upsilon054 There are many more verses in the Quran that are about the bing bang theory. And there are so many more scientific information in the Quran that humans have just recently found out.
@naumanhussain786 Well, Naik didn't bother to mention them. Naik is famous for memorizing both the Q'ran and the Bible. That gives him a real advantage in debates. Anyway, if the Q'ran has so many verses on the Big Bang, and Naik is such an expert, then why did he not mention all of those verses?
@upsilon054 it was a human mistake he ment atom. the koran tells about planetary orbit. and that the sun rotates. and talks about nebulae creating stars. thats off the top of my head theres probably others.
@upsilon054 yes there was? its been called many things. primary atom, or a infinatly dense, extremly hot, singularity. that expanded. photons were released eventualy as it expanded these photons colled and turned into quarks. became protons and stuff. gravity nebula star planet
@aaronharun Because it is not a small thing. There is a big difference between an atom and a nebula. And it is not even true that there was a "primary atom".
@aaronharun No need to research anything, aaron. The universe did not come from a primeval atom or nebula. Maybe you'll answer a question for me. Why are you such an apologist for this guy?
ok , erm why dont you read the qur'aan and find me a verse that is scientifically incorrect and if i find that i cant justify it then all these years i have spent bieng a muslim was of waste and i will rethink of choosing another religion
@heemissh I have read the Quran five times. Its just another manmade book. If its a miracle and a book of science..hmm why dont it reavel the latest theory about M-theory? or Strings theory? or for that matter quantom theory?
Why do muslims cliam its a book of science? WHy do islam reject "evolution". Religious people would never win against evolution cuz its a FACT. you belive its sience just because a man with authority speaks about islam? A tip: read evolution for dummies ;)
first of all heres a link explaining string theory mentioned in The Qur'aan , you see i would explain it but currently i have only 305 characters remaining and im afraid i cant explain it in short
My question to all of the Darwinists out there is: If your belief is true, then how come humans didn't develop into something more intelligent and physically different than us today? We co-existed with animals for thousands of years, and they have yet not changed a bit.
oh zakir naik, do you have the hide to say the big bang is mentioned in the quran?? why do you have to lie?? according to big bang, earth wasnt even formed yet, so how can the earth be separated from the heaven. even the bible and sumerians make the same mistake about heaven and earth being separated. besides big bang theory estimate the earth's formation to be 9 billion years after the big bang. but in the quran allah creates the earth in 6 days. so what is going on here?? which is false?
Morda8, there is more meaning to these verses than you actually think. There are other verses which support these particular verses you have mentioned. And therefore clearly indicate the meaning.
Try to understand, you retard. In some verses, the Quran explains the shape of the earth, and from mans point, it describes how it seems flat.
Would we ever know the exact shape of the earth? We say its flat. The Quran already said it was Egg shaped and explained how it seemed flat to us.
You christians are stupid. You mean to say God will tell you everything like primary nebula and such? Hey use your brain thats why men are given brain so they could think and rational and come to appreciate God's creation. If ALL answers are given to you easily, wheres the fun??? your brain will be useless!!
The Big Bang in the Quran: "The heavens and the earth were JOINED together as one united piec, then we PARTED them? And we have made from WATER every living creature" 30:21
So can you enlighten me? Where exactly does the big bang theory mention a "primary nebula"? This guy is a total science illiterate. But of course, that is what you have to be to make this bold claim. Actually, what the quran says is simply adopted from a number of earlier creation myths, from Greek mythology i.a., which use the same image. So this claim is just hogwash.
the moon and sun has been mentioned many times in the quran. they have all been mentioned in relation to day and night.
6th century beliefs were that sun makes day and moon appear at night. the quran was silly to imitate a science text book.
but science evolve over time, and the quran has been left stranded. allah mention of the sun's orbit is in relation to day. it is not about the galaxy's swirl. the galaxy's swirl does not cause day and night. allah is ignorant of the galaxy
NO-WHERE does this indicate the earth is flat. Science tells us today that the outer crust of the earth has been spread out, so everyone can comfortably live on earth.
Without the crust, we would have to walk on the mantle, which is 100's of degrees.
Before DELIBERATELY making assumption, read Quran with understanding AND fairness.
The earth HAS been spread out, as geologists agree that the outer crust of the earth has been out of the earth.
NO-WHERE does this indicate the earth is flat, since outer crust of this earth HAD to have been spread, for you to live on it!
Your not understanding science properly, so you CANNOT give your own interpretation to Quran, because your aim is to purposely attack Quran, without being fair.
no your interpreting it that way - i think its the languague differences but within the Arabic form its clear and it doesn't say the earth is flat or that the sun sarounds the earth not even from the statement you mentioned can i come to that conclusion. the sun rnneth unto an appointed term - meaning it runs for a specific peroid, nowhere does it say it earth or saroundering. so these are your interpretation.
How can Koran describe "Heavens and Earth" to describe the whole universe, at the time of Big Bang, when universe was only a singularity, and Earth did not exist in any form or other. And yet Koran says, quite wrongly, "Heaven an Earth were joined together & we cloved them asunder".
I dont think just about anyone can interpret the religious texts, it takes years of study to do that. Due to the fact the revelations were done in a certain context so you need the background info to understand the verses. Hope that helps.
hom5sch12uni5, what you are saying is completely wrong!!!!
the doctor never stated that the big bang occured 4 billions years ago. he clearly declared that it was mentioned 1400 years ago IN THE QU'RAN. in other words you are off subject
This man quotes quoran "Heaven an Earth were joined together & we cloved them asunder". He says initially there was a primary nebula. Both these are wrong. Heaven & earth were never joined at the time of Big bang. Big bang was about 14 billions years ago; the earth is bout 4-5 billion years old. Hence quoran was 9 billion years wrong. In the beginning there was only a singularity, but not a primary nebula. Nebulae, stars, planets came into existence millions & millions yrs later.
hom5sch.. I understand your argument but it is not valid as Quran (as well as Bible) use the term "Heavens and Earth" to describe the whole universe. Quran uses the term "Heavens and Earth" repeatedly through its text to indicate the word "Universe" and therefore if you see the meaning of this verse in that context, it is clear what Quran means here.
PS there was not even a "wrong" (e.g by Aristotle) theory 1400 years ago which claimed earth was connected to heaven, so how did he forge this?
Quran started out in the 7th century, Big Bang Theory came into existence early 20th century
So, from 7th century till 20th century... what were the muslims doing? why din't THEY come out with this revelation about the origin of the universe??????
I'm sure your holy quran also talked about YOUTUBE!!! :-P
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
A hint about bing bang theory is mentioned in Buddhism as well and that's like 2600 years ago. Check it out in google by typing "Evolution of world and Buddhism". My point is, trying to prove a religon is true by comparing it with science is just ridiculas.
But you gotta keep in mind,
"The truth is not for all men, but for those who seek it." - Ayn Rand
The Big Bang is an academic theory and a provably a fraud, so what does it say about this messenger? The immense absurdity fo an infintite Unverse being created from something smaller than an Atom by a being existing in nothingness is immediatley seen as being utterly ridiculous.
@upsilon054 Of course the big wank is nonsense! Most of what is taught in corporate owned quackademia is absolute nonsense for creating a slave population who will use the backwards explosion based technologies owned by the elite, giving them all the money and power in the world to control said slaves with.
the vedic scriptures in hinduism not only talk about how the world/universe came to exsistance but also the exat measurements of the earth cirumfrance, this was over 5 thousand years ago. So all religions it seems are miles ahead of science.
big bang is in the bible too. the founder of this theory is a priest. so, the bible and the qur'an are almost same power of information, but Qur'an were keep the same word for thousend years. and the Bible words are always change each other. thats the diffrent. its not a big deal.
the bible is false because it was rewritten many times with different meanings. Even today some authors rewrite the bible to make it the way they like it and take out anything.
You are wrong in that field that both the bible and Quran say the earth has the same infomation of the big bang. The Quran says the earth was created in 8 long periods whereas the bible says that god created earth in 6 days and rested on the 7th day?God dont rest btw,juz
Big Bang is in the quran, quran said earth and everything else present in the upper speace which has plannets and everything else which Quran said heaven, these heaven have plannets so they were joined with earth and then there was secondary seperation which quran says, parted them, clove assunder, seperated etc.

Use google and be amazed my friend.
isubo 1 year ago
@isubo
LOL, everything is flawed except the Quran, right?
Yet you used what you so call "Flawed" in your Quran as Scientific Proof.
Give me a break........
PersianWiseMan1 1 year ago
@PersianWiseMan1 Just use google and look for yourself, if you want to grow as a human being, that is. The Big Bang theory initiated by God has no flaws, because it explains how it all could happen.
isubo 1 year ago
@isubo
Ha ha ha haaa.
How do you know that it has no flaws?
Everything has flaws in them, including you.
Haven't you heard of the saying "I am not Perfect"???
Nothing is perfect in this World, otherwise it will be no death, destruction, illnesses, diseases.etc etc etc...
PersianWiseMan1 1 year ago
@PersianWiseMan1 You try so hard to find flaws in the Quran to proof it's not true, basing these ''flaws'' on science, which you say has flaws in it.
Do you not see how illogical that is?
isubo 1 year ago
@isubo If Allah is so perfect, then his words should not Contain Flaws.
Do you see the Irony?!!!!
PersianWiseMan1 1 year ago
@PersianWiseMan1 You are apparantly not capable of understanding logic, therefore this discussion is pointless. I wish you a happy life.

@PersianWiseMan1 U stupid n Illogical keep talking out U r Ass!U'll never find Flaws in The Quran ever!

Amazing, the heavens and the earth means the planets, the stars, the galaxies, etc... How much God can cover in two words? brilliant! The stupid scientists needed not to look further if they only learn Arabic and read Quran.

@Mrparrot73.
Thanks.
waqar0204 1 year ago
Being a scientist myself, I am surrounded by other scientists and come across top scientists on a daily basis. I am yet to meet one who claims to understand the big bang theory. Why? Because we are mathematicians and even though math and physics are close cousins, we are very ignorant of advanced physics.
But then Zakir Naik comes along... and tells us he understands the most advanced kind of advanced physics... wonder how?
Mrparrot73 1 year ago
Zaik is a psudo-scientics lol. Manipulating verses and try to fit it up to modern age. I recommend people read scientific books and then come back to claim science in the quran.
Not a singel time in my life i have seen a religiouse person read scientific books, they only read books that is good for them like things that support the view on islam, christ..or judaism etc etc. Its all a joke.
natsidrukdruk 1 year ago
@natsidrukdruk
Very general comment.
Do you have a very specific viewpoint on the scientific issue mentioned in this video?
qwerty0019 1 year ago 8
@qwerty0019 yeah its all bullshit. If god really exsists god or gods can tell us how quantom mechanism works or all the other big questions. In religion we never have to ask how and why questions because GOD or GODS simply DID it, but dose it ever answer the questions. I feel so sorry that people go and die and they belive all this nonsens.
natsidrukdruk 1 year ago
You obviously haven't met any muslims. Muslims usually choose the feild of science in their studies as it does not conflict with any of our beliefs. Science done right is truth. And we believe in the truth. We are not claiming that the Quran is a book of science. There are clearly things mentioned in the Quran that could not be scientifically proven until relativly recently. If you don't believe, that is your choice. But don't defend yourself with open lies.
faithfulable2 1 year ago
@qwerty0019 Here are my objections. First, Naik screws up the explanation of the Big Bang. There was no "primary nebula". Secondly, Naik takes one vague sentence out of the Koran and tries to shoehorn that sentence into cosmology
upsilon054 8 months ago
@upsilon054 There are many more verses in the Quran that are about the bing bang theory. And there are so many more scientific information in the Quran that humans have just recently found out.
naumanhussain786 7 months ago
@naumanhussain786 Well, Naik didn't bother to mention them. Naik is famous for memorizing both the Q'ran and the Bible. That gives him a real advantage in debates. Anyway, if the Q'ran has so many verses on the Big Bang, and Naik is such an expert, then why did he not mention all of those verses?
upsilon054 7 months ago
@upsilon054 I guess he thought that one verse from the Qu'ran was enough to convince those people.
naumanhussain786 7 months ago
@naumanhussain786 That's quite possible. But if you dissect what he says, it doesn't make any sense.
upsilon054 7 months ago
@upsilon054 it was a human mistake he ment atom. the koran tells about planetary orbit. and that the sun rotates. and talks about nebulae creating stars. thats off the top of my head theres probably others.
aaronharun 5 months ago
@aaronharun I don't know Naik meant, I only know what he said. And there was no primary atom either!
upsilon054 5 months ago
@upsilon054 yes there was? its been called many things. primary atom, or a infinatly dense, extremly hot, singularity. that expanded. photons were released eventualy as it expanded these photons colled and turned into quarks. became protons and stuff. gravity nebula star planet
aaronharun 5 months ago
@aaronharun There was no primary nebula. Give me the specific sura where Mohammed says that the Universe came from a primary nebula.
upsilon054 5 months ago
@upsilon054 why are u going backwards i already explained that it was a mistake and he ment primary atom?
aaronharun 5 months ago
@aaronharun I'm sorry, but all I have is his word for it. I do not know what he meant, only what he said.
upsilon054 5 months ago
@upsilon054 wat do u mean it was clearly a mistake and he ment atom not nebulae? he is human why are u picking on that small thing.
aaronharun 5 months ago
@aaronharun Because it is not a small thing. There is a big difference between an atom and a nebula. And it is not even true that there was a "primary atom".
upsilon054 5 months ago
@upsilon054 he made a mistake his human for gods sake! i think i figured out ur problem its usualy called primeval atom actualy not primary
aaronharun 5 months ago
@aaronharun There was no primeval atom either.
upsilon054 5 months ago
@upsilon054 mate ur on the internet so why dnt u research it? im starting to get the idea that ur just trying to be annoying?
aaronharun 5 months ago
@aaronharun No need to research anything, aaron. The universe did not come from a primeval atom or nebula. Maybe you'll answer a question for me. Why are you such an apologist for this guy?

ok , erm why dont you read the qur'aan and find me a verse that is scientifically incorrect and if i find that i cant justify it then all these years i have spent bieng a muslim was of waste and i will rethink of choosing another religion
heemissh 11 months ago
@heemissh I have read the Quran five times. Its just another manmade book. If its a miracle and a book of science..hmm why dont it reavel the latest theory about M-theory? or Strings theory? or for that matter quantom theory?
Why do muslims cliam its a book of science? WHy do islam reject "evolution". Religious people would never win against evolution cuz its a FACT. you belive its sience just because a man with authority speaks about islam? A tip: read evolution for dummies ;)
natsidrukdruk 10 months ago
@natsidrukdruk
first of all heres a link explaining string theory mentioned in The Qur'aan , you see i would explain it but currently i have only 305 characters remaining and im afraid i cant explain it in short

"The sun ... runneth unto an appointed term."
The sun (according to the Quran) orbits the earth. 13:2
"And the earth have We spread out."
The earth is flat according to the Quran. 15:19
The earth is fixed and does not move. 27:61
"And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)!"
The earth is flat according to the Quran. 51:48
u cant get any more scientific than the quran according to this quotes (sarcasm)
morda8 2 years ago 2
13:2
He has subjected the sun and the moon (to his Law)! Each one runs (its course) for a term appointed.
NO-WHERE does it indicate that sun orbits the earth, it says the sun and moon run's in it's OWN course, meaning rotates.
The Arabic word for earth is: "ard" which is NO-WHERE in Quran 13:2, so that's how I know that you lied.
itcrowdfan92 2 years ago

the moon and sun has been mentioned many times in the quran. they have all been mentioned in relation to day and night.
6th century beliefs were that sun makes day and moon appear at night. the quran was silly to imitate a science text book.
but science evolve over time, and the quran has been left stranded. allah mention of the sun's orbit is in relation to day. it is not about the galaxy's swirl. the galaxy's swirl does not cause day and night. allah is ignorant of the galaxy

allah has spread the earth like a carpet for you
allah has make the earth like a bed for you
carpet is not meant to be spread on a sphere but on a flat ground. bed do not resemble a sphere.
allah has never once mentioned that the earth is a round ball.
this clearly indicate that allah just like 6th century people belief that the earth is flat
AreebaAmigo 2 years ago
15:19
And the earth have We spread out.
NO-WHERE does this indicate the earth is flat. Science tells us today that the outer crust of the earth has been spread out, so everyone can comfortably live on earth.
Without the crust, we would have to walk on the mantle, which is 100's of degrees.
Before DELIBERATELY making assumption, read Quran with understanding AND fairness.
itcrowdfan92 2 years ago
27:61:
Who has made the earth firm to live in.
Science tells us today that the earth IS firm, BUT that doesn't mean it does not move.
NO-where does this verse tell us that the earth does NOT move., it says the earth is FIRM.
Your giving your own interpretations to Quran, PURPOSELY, to attack Quran.
itcrowdfan92 2 years ago 2
51:48
And We have spread out the (spacious) earth
The earth HAS been spread out, as geologists agree that the outer crust of the earth has been out of the earth.
NO-WHERE does this indicate the earth is flat, since outer crust of this earth HAD to have been spread, for you to live on it!
Your not understanding science properly, so you CANNOT give your own interpretation to Quran, because your aim is to purposely attack Quran, without being fair.
itcrowdfan92 2 years ago 3
no your interpreting it that way - i think its the languague differences but within the Arabic form its clear and it doesn't say the earth is flat or that the sun sarounds the earth not even from the statement you mentioned can i come to that conclusion. the sun rnneth unto an appointed term - meaning it runs for a specific peroid, nowhere does it say it earth or saroundering. so these are your interpretation.
tigger99 2 years ago

the earth is not flat. what the "spread out" means is that the earth is flat and even for us to live on.
We are meant to be thankful that the land is not cratered and impossible to move about in (thats the point of this statement)
In the Quran it says that the earth is like an ostrich egg!

How can Koran describe "Heavens and Earth" to describe the whole universe, at the time of Big Bang, when universe was only a singularity, and Earth did not exist in any form or other. And yet Koran says, quite wrongly, "Heaven an Earth were joined together & we cloved them asunder".
hom5sch12uni5 2 years ago
I think it means, everything was part of one mass. Then it was split.
waited2long 2 years ago
I think it means, Koran does not know what it is talking about, and/or Koran uses language rather
loosely and inappropriately.
hom5sch12uni5 2 years ago 2
I dont think just about anyone can interpret the religious texts, it takes years of study to do that. Due to the fact the revelations were done in a certain context so you need the background info to understand the verses. Hope that helps.
waited2long 2 years ago 3
or maybe you just don't understand the way arabic is spoken
pureaccuracy 2 years ago 11
hom5sch12uni5, what you are saying is completely wrong!!!!
the doctor never stated that the big bang occured 4 billions years ago. he clearly declared that it was mentioned 1400 years ago IN THE QU'RAN. in other words you are off subject
badboy131292 2 years ago 5
This man quotes quoran "Heaven an Earth were joined together & we cloved them asunder". He says initially there was a primary nebula. Both these are wrong. Heaven & earth were never joined at the time of Big bang. Big bang was about 14 billions years ago; the earth is bout 4-5 billion years old. Hence quoran was 9 billion years wrong. In the beginning there was only a singularity, but not a primary nebula. Nebulae, stars, planets came into existence millions & millions yrs later.
hom5sch12uni5 2 years ago

A hint about bing bang theory is mentioned in Buddhism as well and that's like 2600 years ago. Check it out in google by typing "Evolution of world and Buddhism". My point is, trying to prove a religon is true by comparing it with science is just ridiculas.
But you gotta keep in mind,
"The truth is not for all men, but for those who seek it." - Ayn Rand
theonewayroad01 3 years ago
The Big Bang is an academic theory and a provably a fraud, so what does it say about this messenger? The immense absurdity fo an infintite Unverse being created from something smaller than an Atom by a being existing in nothingness is immediatley seen as being utterly ridiculous.

the vedic scriptures in hinduism not only talk about how the world/universe came to exsistance but also the exat measurements of the earth cirumfrance, this was over 5 thousand years ago.
