this what we call a instrument cluster self test to make sure all the illumination panels are working,(anyone can perform if u know ur car ) but if u own this car, this is the least of ur worries, this is one of the most horrible cars ever designed, i mean ever from bumper to bumper, straight garbage, if its running go trade it in if they will take it
