And I hear that Fay strengthened once over land - didn't think that happened. Wow. Storms of late have been getting bigger and badder.

This storm strengthened dramatically over land and, I believe, reached hurricane force for a period of time as it passed north of Lake Okeechobee. It had an eye wall and everything!

Crazy! And now forecasters are confused as to which way Fay will eventually turn, or how strong she'll be: she's been a thorn in the a** for many! Stay safe, 'hear?

I have to admit that Fay DID have some VERY strong winds! Even this morning! I open my front door well actually I just turned the knob and my door comes flying in! It was hard to close it!

Yeah, for a tropical storm it was wild. Even the day after the winds were still blowing around tree branches in Coral Gables.

AWESOME!!! Excellent footage Max. For being so loosely organized, Fay really did have some impressive winds down in the Keys and the storm looks even more impressive on radar today.
