my daughter had many warts on her hands. We tried everything! Some of them remained for over a year, and some got rather large. We tried pure tea tree oil. Within 3 weeks to a month all of them we gone. She put straight tea tree on each wart the first week then soaked in water with a few drops of tea tree every eve. Be careful with pure tea tree it can irritate the skin.
He's kinda talking in circles for that first question. Fibre is what probiotics like or thrive on really in order to then digest the bad bacteria and then it is all excreted in our feces.
One of the best probiotics supplments is Jarrow Formulas' Jarro-Dophilus. The enteric-coated (so that the bacteria will not be destroyed by the stomach acid enroute to the intestines) capsules are even individually blister-sealed. Get it from iherb and use YAN312 to receive a $5 discount off your oder. :)
Quiet simply, my doctor in Spain, when I was young and often had about 3 warts at on time on my hands, said it was a matter of washing your hands. Wash your hands at least 5 times a day and they should gradually go away. This method has worked for me many times.
I was able to get rid of my warts with bleach but that isnt really natural I had them a while back, the first wart I notice was when I was 12, I thought it was a corn or something for a long time till it spread to my thumb & other areas of my feet, I had them frooze but it made the 1s on my feet spread so I started spraying my shower floor with white king bleach, Its a mild bleach, steped in shower & then turn on water, they started 2 shrink and dissapear, lemons might work as a natural way.
This is Day 86 of my mostly raw vegan lifestyle. My immune system is stronger in many ways. I have lost three moles on my neck. Just disappeared! And I have a wart on my thigh is about 1/4 the size it was before I started. I have used tea tree oil a couple of times, but keep forgetting to put it on. So I think my immune system is doing the job. Great show! Thanks.
On warts, great info, had them forever and ever!!!! I did the internal immune boost also, but externally a cheap and effective way to get rid of warts is to rub banana peel on them. They are natural, acidic, turns them black but I got rid of my foot warts in about 2 months.
this may not be so helpful, but I had warts when I was quite young, around 10? I guess. I tried different things that didn't work, but my body eventually killed them off.
Inulin fiber is a prebiotic supplement which encourages probiotic growth.

To get rid of warts, I've heard that you can use the white "milk" within the stems of dandelion flowers.
However for me, I've found that it actually CAUSES warts. But then again, I'm pretty opposite of most people.
