ok, i'm not even going to read these verses in bible because i know myself that there are many controversies between different books. What does confuse me is that you refuse text in new testamend based on the fact that it doesn't exist (or at least you personally can't see the connection) in the old testament. Which would be ok by me if you would have the same stance on qoran, but you defend many passages on qoran even though they differ greatly from earlier texts (from bible or jewish texts). ?
@unitasetmagus The answer to your question is twofold. One because the NT openly relies on the OT when it makes such claims and then we find such issues it is very damaging for the NT. However Muslims understand the Quran as referencing books that have been corrupted so therefore we do not have the same solid relationship as you find with the Bible. Also I approach each religion's scripture based on its own merit and understanding and do not simply have one mold in dealing with them.
@ozzycda Sorry for asking this, but i would like the reference for this claim:
"Muslims understand the Quran as referencing books that have been CORRUPTED"
I have heard something like "fuller explanation of the BOOK ..." or something like it. Maybe i have been misquoted or it have been taken out of context, can you correct me. And thank you for answering.
I think you're doing the video like that so you can sit there on a bean bag chair naked eating cheetos. lol I like the idea of the video process, but honestly what is the point of making a video with no visual, for all that you need to just make a audio track
Some of these quoted books are found lol! i think 4,5 books are found, the others are still lost! and Yes, the found books are scriptures. PM me for them...
