I heard this song for the first time with my dad on a road trip on Jan. 7th. On Jan. 11th, he went to the emergency room because he couldn't move his right arm. Soon after, we found out he had a stroke. First it was his arm that was messed up, then his leg, and now his speech, Almost every night. I had to find this song because it reminds me of him, and that day we spent together. And I know he's going to be alright. He's strong, and I have faith in him. I love you, daddy.
This year for Christmas I'd like; no wait... Forget that. Get in your sleigh, go to Afghanistan, get our soldiers and bring them home. They deserve to be with their families on Christmas. post this on to every video to show respect for the soldiers who wont be coming home for Christmas.

My uncle just had a stoke on Sunday. We were all scared he wasn't going to make it, but he did. He couldn't feel his right side at all, but this morning he got his feeling back. He has to go to therapy, but it's worth it. He can still walk, and his wife was terrifed that he'd die, or not be able to since she can't really provide for their four kids.
My grandfather had a major stroke December 26th. . This song gave me so much faith until they pulled the plug and he died on January third. I still love this song.Just listening to it makes me think.

I was born with clubbed foot in both feet, the left 1 was so bad they had to do a tendon release surgery. They said I'd probably never walk, and if I did it would have to be with crutches. I've always been extremely stubborn and by the time I was four I walked great but had a bad limp. By the time I was 12 I was walking so perfectly that people now only know that I have clubbed foot if I tell them. I'm 19 now and very few people know. :)

I really like this song.. I can't conncet to it as much as others, but there was one point where they didn't know if I would be able to walk again. I tore a big muscle in my back, and it affected my legs greatly, but I excersised every day and I'm now almost back to normal, still cheerleading and playing football.

I played a april fools joke on my boyfriend saying tht i got ran over by a car and i was paralyzed from waist down well i think tht was one of the meanest things ive everdone and when i told him he got scared and pretty pissed off at me cause i mean a lot to him i take it and he called me the next day and sang this to me he has a amazing voice and i felt really terriable):

This happened to my gf. Her legs were trapped In the car and the doctors didn't think she would ever be able to move them again. One night I broke my ribs and was unconscious. One of my friends was in the stand videotaping the game. When I got hurt I could see her get up and run out onto the field. It didn't look good and looked like it hurt a lot but ever since then she has been walking a little more everyday and I am going to marry her and I hope she can walk down the ilse

My Grandfather got in a horrible accident April 2004 and had back surgery they said he would be paralyzed from waist down. With lots of rehab and hard work they overcame paralysis and he walks now with no assistance. I hope everyone gets inspiration from this song.

This song so reminds me of myself, i was in a car accident back in December of 2002. They said I wouldn't do a lot of and I keep proving them wrong. The first time after hearing this song I cried like a little kid. But it was happy moment it just made me realize that something bad could happen but then there is always the possibility of something awesome in the end. I am still working on walking again but I am going to do it.

i cry everytime i haer this song because i am comming close having to be put in a wheelchair due to my arthtris because i can barely move anymore and my oxyghen is bad when i stand or walk anywhere so i still hold my head strong i have since i have been because this is the life i have always know to have difficult chanallges but i will always be here to do something for someone even if its not for me.

I really like this song.. I can't conncet to it as much as others, but there was one point where they didn't know if I would be able to walk again. I tore a big muscle in my back, and it affected my legs greatly, but I excersised every day and I'm now almost back to normal, still cheerleading and playing football.

I love this song...Lord knows I didnt relize my family would be playing it for me as I was layn in a hospital bed after being hit by a drunk driver as I was walking down the road...Against all odds im still here and through all the pain I did walk again!!!! This happened to me 6 m ago I still have a long road ahead of me but I WILL FIGHT!!
