@GalwayChick Well honestly I dont think it's a army wife thing. You have to respect that he is her husband now and every wife is not comfortable with their spouses best friend being a female. In relation to the military spouses don't get to spend alot of time with their soldiers as it is , so the last thing they want to know is that any free time is being spent with another female friend. People should be able to have platonic relationships but we alll know it can cause alot of undue drama :)
