OMG -- no accident that I heard about the earthquake and tsunami, turned on my computer and saw (1st thing) a link to this song. I just heard it for the first time on Sunday at Rev. Karen Kushner's church -- Rev. Rich Volk did it. Thank you SOOO MUCH for this beautiful uplifting soothing powerful song, JD and Jan! Mel White
@NotKeyboard Mel White, how serendipitous that you should also chance upon this wonderful song and be similarly moved. I remember meeting you when you spoke at some workshops here in St. Louis back in the 90's, and I remember getting your book and eagerly reading it cover to cover. Amazing how paths re-cross!
we sing this song in Boulder...thank you for these words for all of us that are waiting to go home. our heartfelt prayers and wishes to those that have lost homes and animals.
I stumbled upon a sample of this song on my IPod and am grateful to find it here so quickly. What a beautiful, heartful song, especially in light of the fires now burning in Russia.
This is one of most peaceful, hopeful and comforting pieces of music I ever have heard. I listen to it when I need reassurance that "everything is going to be okay."
see you thursday this week in Ft. collins! can't wait! 2/21/12
