I prepared this recipe with exact measurements and found the mixture to be much too dry before baking it so I added more sour cream and mayo. After doing so, it came out with the consistency you'd expect. So, I would advise that you double the sour cream and add extra mayo, or reverse those two ingredients depending on how much you like one over the other.

Also, I served the dip with pita bread which I quartered and toasted in the oven - delicious!

I make this dip for social gatherings and special events. I have yet run into a person who didn't love it. When cooking it, it makes the kitchen smell heavenly!

Be sure to eat in moderation since this one is a high calorie dish. lol

This would stand on it's own as a casserole, served as a side dish or with rice. I really want to try this. Also, your old format was much nicer, seeing two very attractive women cooking is better than this very dry presentation.

We can't believe the amount of feedback for this video. We made this Spinach & Artichoke dip over the holidays when we did not have our studio set up. We knew we were not going to make it again anytime soon but its such a delicious and easy appetizer that we wanted to share it with all of you. Dont worry, this was a one time thing and we have no intentions of changing our format. Well definitely see you in our next video. I actually get a bit bored this way.. It's too slow.. Eventhough when you present it's a bit slow aswell.. But then somebody is talking.. Now I was just looking at pictures.. But this recipe sounds very good though and that's most important! :)
