I really love this scene because it shows Katherine's humanity. Though I do believe that she loved both brothers I also believe she loved one more than the other. It just really sucks that Damon got screwed over twice, with Elena and Katherine.In this scene she completely forgets that Damon gave his life for her. Stefan only followed to help his brother. Yes part of him did love her but his love for his brother was greater.
