the party might nt have the licences ,,, but wht was the mistake of those who were attending...they did not know tht the organisers didnt have permissions...they were arrested, kept whole night at the police station, charged a fine where there rights and fault was not told to them...they were verbally abused for being gay...i agree with u it was nt abt being gay or str8 party but tomm this cud happen anywhere and at any party u or me cud attend...
it's a right thing that the police did. . section 377 been legalised doesn't mean that anyone cud be above the law. . it's in fact not raid on a gay party but on a party which was on without legal permission where even alcohol was being distributed n even the DJ was without any permission from the authorities or the right person then the media shouldn't have sensationalized it for being raid on a Gay party!!!!
