  • yeah.. dolan was not the most technical of swimmers, just an effing beast. when he was developing, the philosophy was still just train hard, all the time, while technique took a back seat. actually if you watch clips of swimming from 2000 to now, you will notice big changes in technique in everybody, as coaches have realized that technique is becoming a more important part of swimming fast.
