  • You can't arrest illegals for being illegal, but the legal ones can be taken without cause, make sesne, NOT.

  • This video is brought to you by United Water.

~Remember, There's no Water boarding like United Water Boarding!!!~

  • so dumb

  • I could be wrong, but I think that the NDAA has provision for military detainment of suspected persons, but not the local police force. Looks like a cop in the video lol..

  • Willkommen in Amerika!

  • I've been reading post after post saying that the NDAA will strip us of our constitutional rights, allowing for the arrest and indefinite detention of U.S. citizens without a trial....as the the description says.

Do you guys believe that this act will get abused like the Patriot Act has been (illegal wire-tapping etc) in the past? Is that the underlining issue? If someone can please explain to me without going into an emotional rant? I would love to know. Thanks!

  • @sirdorkster I am more frustrated at your comments as you sound like you trust your government. If you look at the facts for the last 100 years, things have been changing. Factual evidence, not conspiracy is Operation Northwoods and the gulf of tonkin incident, I could go on..., by passing this bill anyone who questions the gov't will be detained with no due process, I don't understand how people don't see this as a huge problem. That is your right to free speech gone....

  • Yeah. I'm tired of Black Bush pushing more and more policies against Americans. Like the "patriot" act was not enough.

SOPA was only introduced when they realized Ron Paul and other uncorruptable politicians outside "the system" had a platform and were reaching people. Alex Jones and others (although a bit to far out there for my taste) also bring information people aren't getting from the controlled media.

Only times I see anything about this on the media is from Ron Paul in debates, and Rand

  • sorry, but this is just somebody's kink

I feel sorry for people who post crap like this, quit watching at :54

  • The dresser from ikea was a nice touch

  • i was hoping some would splash on her shirt

  • How the fuck did a video about waterboarding turn into a debate about race?

  • @minuteman2012 I'll tell you how. Because when a white President did this it was protested and contested to the highest order. When a black President keeps on doing it, as well as killing civilian US citizens (some minors) living overseas as a matter of policy, in what can only be described as a summary execution, it's excused by and in some cases approved by the media. BO's foreign policy = Bush's third term.

  • more please.

  • Ron Paul is the only potential president speaking out against NDAA. Obama signed it into law, Romney openly admitted that he would have signed it in one of the GOP debates. Santorum & Gingrich fear-monger constantly, are pro-Patriot act & they haven't said they are against the NDAA so we can assume they are too. Ron Paul will veto the Patriot Act, NDAA & the potential EEA.This is the reality, this is fact, he is the ONLY one against this. Please don't listen to the propaganda. Do the research.

  • Some of these people posting a pure traitors. They are no different than Congress.

  • This is exactly what a President Ron Paul will veto, and restore the U.S. Constitution.

  • @TruthMakesPeace Ron Paul is a biggot.

  • @Ataulftheking Unicorns are real.

  • @DoesNotApply Ron Paul is still a biggot and rides a Unicorn.

  • @Ataulftheking No he is not. Captain (USAF) & Doctor Ron Paul has voted for Civil Rights for people of all colors for over 30 years. As a doctor he helped poor people, black and white, with medical treatments for low or no pay. Martin Luther King is one of his heroes. Ron denied and deplored the newsletters from 20 years ago, that went out using his name.

  • @TruthMakesPeace If you go to his website, he states that a 13 year black child should be tried as an adult because they have street smarts therefore, should be tried as adults if charged with a crime. Sound's a little judgemental, don'tcha think?

  • Haha you dumb fucking hippies are so selective about what you get butthurt over. You rage and cry your fucking eyes out over something that will never apply to you but you defend your nigger god Obama as he fucks America in very real ways which directly affect you. Fucking douchebag hipsters I swear you should all be drowned.

  • @SkillGrip Skillgrip you are an absolute moron Youre so blind by your racism that you cant see or bother to look and see the big picture. You yell at "Hippies" who pick and chose there battles, this one being NDAA..then you say they defend obama?

Im not going to argue with you because I know its pointless to agrue with an ignorant person.

But Please Open your eyes, drop the racism, and see that people everywhere are standing up to NDAA...Which was signed by Obama...

  • @MNjuggalo420 Saying the word nigger does not make someone a racist. The word itself may be linked to racism but saying it does not make one racist. It's just like using a word linked to engineering does not make one an engineer. It's just a word. You saw it. You became fixated. You based your whole post on it. The post wasn't about race and had exactly 0 racist connotations. I'm not insulting you. I'm merely pointing a ridiculous social convention.

  • @DoesNotApply

    @DoesNotApply

Look at his youtube profile...and tell me he isnt racist.

Sticking up for someone for the sake of an internet argument, and forming your sentences well, doesn't actually make one smart. While were on the subject of using words properly, because were all linguist on the internet, I guess that would actually make you a nigger, since you are or are being totally ignorant. Im not trying to insult you either, just pointing out some flaws in your thinking.

  • @MNjuggalo420 He might be racist. I didn't say he wasn't. I only said his post had no racist connotations. Yet you fixated only on racism. You completely missed the argument. Same thing you're doing with me now. Instead of making an argument that using the word nigger does make someone a racist, you avoid the argument and instead call me a nigger and ignorant. Then say you're pointing out "flaws in my thinking" when no flaws were pointed out. Interesting.

  • @DoesNotApply You Said his post "had exactly 0 racist connotations" You assume I was fixated on the word and thats why I told him to drop the racism. I told him that because of his youtube profile. If you hadnt Assumed I was fixated on the word, you couldnt have created a backhanded compliment and try to start a argument. If you had looked at his profile you cant say intelligently that his use of the word nigger wasnt used in a rascist connotation.

    Still no flaws?

  • @SkillGrip Ignorant bitch

  • @SkillGrip You are truly delusional.

  • That made my dick get hard.

  • Ya know, let's just assume for a second that this actually IS a legitimate fear. Ok. So, I guess the ones who have the most to fear would be the Tea Party protesters. I mean, they're the ones recently who've ACTUALLY been labeled as terrorists.

  • @DarthMohammed Hah, the ones that have the most to fear are Christians, repressive regimes hate Christians. Of course, it was a bunch of dumb "Christians" that voted for Obama.

  • Just watching this makes me cry! America is being tortured and killed by congress.

  • American citizens are fucked and being fucked by their own government by the NDAA!!!

  • This sickens me tat this crap can actually be allowed on Youtube were my little Bro's and Sis's can watch it. Disgusting, and you Mr. Marvin, your disgusting. Be glad you don't live near me, I'd sock you just for lolz

  • @spacemarine00 sorry that the truth sickens you this is really happening deal with it

  • what the fuck is this shit? i came to watch a women get raped wtf is this boring nonsense

  • If someone tried waterboarding like that the victim would drown to death.

Other than that the video is correct.

The enemies of the united states have corrrupted our government and seek to terrorize us.

  • @JANUARY17FOREVER If the government is corrupt then it is no longer our government

  • Ron Paul is the answer! RON PAUL 2012!

  • NDAA... more alarmist conspiracy theory bullshit. They said the same thing about The Patriot Act, and to this day, it hasn't been abused or misused. Do some research, people. And not from some biased source of propaganda with their own agenda. I'm talking about real world facts. Don't be so fuckin' gullible. You people bitching now will be the same people bitching that we didn't do enough when America is hit by a truly extreme attack that makes Sept. 11, 2001 pale in comparison. Just saying.

  • @DarthMohammed Everyday its misused and abused. 1 case in point, TSA. I could go on for ever but u need to do your own research from unbiased sources of propaganda with their clearly stated agenda. ie: Main stream news. The real life stories are out there from real life people. Who do you wanna believe, your fellow slaves or your slave masters?

  • @RiseandShineNetwork Can you show me in the Constitution where it says you have a right to fly?

You know what I worry about when I go through a bad part of town late at night? Not the fuckin' government!

You're already part of the New World Order. If you don't like it, go live in a fuckin' cave.

  • There weren't planes back then for one but look to who wrote it and check out their warnings. This government is out of control. My oppinion. Illegal search and seizure is a big problem with the tsa. If I were to fly I give no probable cause to be strip searched and fondled.

  • Your argument would fly no pun intended if it were the airlines supplying their own security. In response to the bad areas, a good amount of government influence is the cause for those big bad areas through drug wars, financial regulations, & countless mandates. 40,000 new laws last year speaks for its self. I don't excuse people from their actions.

  • People that do wrong should be held accountable but the idea that we should have a small group of people decide what's best for the majority is absurd. Especially when its in the best interstate of corporations, special interest, and the federal reserve

  • People that do wrong should be held accountable but the idea that we should have a small group of people decide what's best for the majority is absurd. Especially when its in the best interstate of corporations, special interest, and the federal reserve.. I don't wanna go live in a fuckin' cave. I would love to be able to live free in the nation built on that idea.

  • @RiseandShineNetwork There weren't cars back then either, but it's has been made very clear that driving is not a right, it's a privilege. Are you going to argue that driving's not a right, but flying is?

I do agree, that the airlines should have private security, rather than the government run TSA.

  • @DarthMohammed You are incorrect. The Constitution and the US Supreme court defines to travel and operate your automobile is a UNALIENABLE RIGHT. period.

A person gives up there rights and become privileges when you sign your drivers licence. At which point you were deceived!!!!! When you sign your license you are stating that you are using your vehicle for Commerce and you have just given up your rights and received privileges from the department of motor vehicle!!!!!

  • @bojena100 By signing your license you are entering a contract and that is it! That you are engaging in commerce, using your vehicle to make money. Therefor you are under a regulatory entity. The Department of Motor Vehicle. See Supreme court Ruling " Chicago Coach vs Chicago" and others!!!

Look it up!!!! Google it!!! LEARN

  • @DarthMohammed Before cars people had the RIGHT to own and ride a horse as transportation. Now our horses are steel.

  • @rvlqcitizen No shit. Do you think that gives you the right to fly?

  • @DarthMohammed I wonder how many people have blocked you already?

  • @ArizonaSean Not enough. How 'bout you make it 1 more?

  • @DarthMohammed Duh, I already did.

  • @ArizonaSean Oh, that's right. I forgot that your kind doesn't care to hear reason or logic, and they like to silence those with opinions different than their own.

Just to educate you, 74% of evangelicals or those calling themselves born-again Christians voted for McCain in 2008; 25% voted for Obama. Next time you pull something outta your ass like that last statement you made... try pulling your head out, first.

    I'm done here.

  • @DarthMohammed Actually Obama got 65% of the religious vote. That doesn't mean McCain got the other 35% either. White born again evangelical is sort of a restricted population isn't it? Stop getting your facts from the huffington post they're worst than Fox

  • @DoesNotApply I don't know where you got your numbers, but religious voters voted for McCain in about the same proportions that they voted for Bush, the numbers I stated... verified from multiple sources. You are just wrong. You're lying or getting your numbers from a source that's lying.

I literally NEVER read anything from the Huffington Post, and not much at all from Fox News, so your baseless accusation holds about as much weight as your made-up statistics.

  • @DarthMohammed Didn't say your numbers were wrong. Just restricted. Here's numbers from total religious population. Barack Obama(52%)64,000,000 John McCain(47%)60,000,000

That's +5% in favor of Obama which is huge for such a gigantic population.

Source is national exit polls. Share your source.

  • @DoesNotApply Your numbers refer to "roughly" the entire number of people who voted, most of which DO NOT participate in exit polls. Your numbers are f***ed up, plain and simple.

    My sources:

Barna Group, considered to be a leading research organization focused on the intersection of faith and culture.

Pew Research Center’s Forum on Religion & Public Life, conducts surveys, demographic analyses and other social science research on important aspects of religion and public life.

  • @RiseandShineNetwork "Who do you wanna believe, your fellow slaves or your slave masters?" Wow nice. I'm stealing that from you.

  • @DarthMohammed couldnt fit it all in these comments so check your inbox. my comments were cut short.

  • @DarthMohammed Conspiracy theory? IT'S RIGHT THERE IN THE FUCKING PRINT! Holy fuck. "The Patriot Act, and to this day, it hasn't been abused or misused"

Wasn't the FBI just investigated over misuse of the Patriot Act? God damn, read up before you spew BS out of your ass. Your ignorance is deafening.

  • @NeoXC No, the FBI was investigated over violations of peoples' civil rights. The violations in question aren't allowed by the Patriot Act, and to my knowledge, the FBI hasn't tried to defend itself by citing that the Patriot Act gave them the authority.

I suppose you could call that "misuse", but by "abused or misused" I meant as it's written. Sorry. I should've clarified that. Point is, these violations would've happened, Patriot Act or not... but, not BECAUSE OF the Patriot Act.

  • @DarthMohammed your an idiot...you prolly think that the media always tells the truth too

  • @shano4241 I don't "prolly" do anything, because that's not a fuckin' word.

  • @DarthMohammed WHAT bigger attack are you looking for. The Invasion from within. To late pal NDAA just did that. You have no rights anymore.. you have been invaded!!

  • @bojena100 We were invade decades ago.And it is not too late the right president could make this all work. The right president would take the 383 senators and congressman along with Barak and detain them until the supreme court declares the NDAA unconstitutional. That's what I would do as president among many other things.

  • @bojena100 You're wrong. Case in point... OWS. For the most part, local governments put up with the protests. They only stepped in when the protesters got violent, started breaking shit, and vandalizing... breaking the law. If it is as you say, they ALL would've bee carted away to re-education camps.

If what you're saying is true, we wouldn't be able to have this conversation.

  • @DarthMohammed The local gvts that didn't send the police in to bust heads and gas ows protesters, used other nefarious means to get rid of them. Many used "public safety" ordinances and the like to oust the protesters. In Portland Maine for instance the police dept went around rounding up town drunks and both telling them to go camp at Occupy and actually transporting drunk and mentally ill persons to the camp. Underhanded B.S. all with the sole intent of gutting the 1rst.

  • @DarthMohammed Just Saying

  • Americans can be thrown in jail simply for questioning? Say hello to what it’s like to be an apostate in the Muslim world. Sharia law calls for normal humans to be executed for questioning or rejecting Islam. Yet that very same injustice has been trivialized, even defended by many American “liberals” who scream “RACIST!” every time anyone points out such violations of basic human rights. Now similar things are happening to YOU and you shit yourselves (quite rightly). It’s wake-up time folks!

  • I'd have more respect for these hippies if they opposed attacks on the 2nd amendment as much as they oppose attacks on the 1st and 4th....

  • @topcat989 Fight die n shut up.

  • @topcat989 dude theres no such thing as hippies anymore, that was the 60s get with the times

  • @topcat989 If you are concerned about the 2nd amendment maybe you ought to think a little harder about what the 2nd amendment assures that you are able to protect with that 2nd amendment. These "hippies" aren't your enemy. As a protector of the 2nd amendment, you ought to know that. I'd have more respect for you if you did.

  • @topcat989 I'm a staunch advocate of the first and second, and I support the Occupy movement(which I'm assuming you're referring to). Without the second amendment, we have no means of defending ourselves against an absolutely corrupt government. But please don't label an entire movement based on propaganda.

  • She was not water boarded. She was just really hot and thirsty and the man was just helping her.

  • Just A Preview Folks. . .Its gonna Get Much Worse. .

  • semenboarding?

  • ron paul is a racist pig.

  • amazing vid..well done on creating a realistic view of things to come..

  • just start drinking the water lol

  • I got a boner.

I want to get water boarded now.

  • slow mo ..... seriously. and this witch you people call touture does not cause any damage to the body. just extreme anxiety .

  • BTW, To the girl in the video, how did you last so long when filming this? D:

  • @RudySpino it looked like there were only three shots of her actually getting waterboarded, each one lasting only a second in length.(the longest shot, the one with her legs thrashing around, was longer but was in slow mo). so i would imagine the actual waterboarding of her involved just a few quick shots of water being poured once on her while she held her breath.

  • I'll be honest, this was hard to watch. Poor girl :( REVOLUTION!!!!

  • Its sad to know that most americans are more interested in football and kim kardashian's marriage than the treason being created from washington. Obama deserves to be publicly executed for crimes against humanity and treason. Along with the 93 senators who voted for this bill. John mccain and carl levin should undergo the slowest execution tho. Well I guess ima terrorist now. See you guys at gitmo.

  • "I am an American CITIZEN!"

She's right, she's an "American Citizen," not a "person."

"Citizens" don't have constitutional rights, they're simply slaves born into indentured servitude to the banks who own the United Corporation of America, much like the military owns active-duty "soldiers."

"We the People" however, have no strawman, no visas, no paper documents, no drivers licenses and no socialist security numbers, we are "freemen" adherent to no control by the dark system that owns "Citizens."

  • Ron Paul 2012 ...last chance America

  • "No PERSON shall be... deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law" -5th amendment US Constitution

  • Well, it makes the decision of what I have to do all the more easier if "los federales" brand me a "terrorist" and decide to pay me a visit. A big hearty "Fuck You" (and all other kinds of unpleasantries) to the president and the other politicians responsible.

  • so what do they exactly do to you when you get waterboarded?

  • This is what happens when you leave the kitchen. Just go home and sit in your house, that's what I do. Problem solved.

  • wet t-shirt contest? no?

  • American politics is terrible.

The dream is broken: capitalism is beginning to have a winner.

Crush all media, replace all government and burn all bridges to corperatism. It is the only hope.

  • There is a real threat of terrorists attacks but the NDAA is not the answer .. massive deportations of hostile aliens is! There are over 40 million undocumented aliens in the US from all over the world yet HLS focuses on american citizens. Because a muslim with an expired visa crashes an airplane. I get groin searched to board a plane. If immigration laws were stricter and enforced we would not be here with the NDAA. look at California or dearborn Mich.Florida.. the borders are wide open.

  • “Government is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force. Like fire it is a dangerous servant and a fearsome master.” -George Washington

  • for something like this NOT to happen....U ALL will have to fight!NOT peacefully armed with cardboards.....but armed with guns! The key of freedom is the ability to defend yourself,if you dont have the tools to do that, you will be on to the mercy of those who wants to put you away! Its good to see Americans waking up slowly...but i really hope it will not be too late..what will you tell your kids!?!?!Another thing..Ron paul aint gona do nothing for you ALL.Presidents do NOT have the say so...

  • She could get it.

  • chuck norris needs to give obama a good old fashioned nuclear roundhouse kick to the balls

  • WE HAVE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS RANCHERO , IF THEY DON'T GET IT RIGHT AND KEEP DOING AS THEY ARE , IT COULD COME TO THAT OR THEY'LL BEG FOR THEIR RIGHTS WHEN WE BRING TREASON CHARGES AND A POSSIBLE FIREING SQUAD AFTER THEIR DAY IN COURT. THEY HAD BETTER THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY'RE DOING. WE KNOW WHO AND WHERE THEY ARE . WE ALSO KNOW WHO FUNDS THEM IN THEIR QUEST TO DESTROY AMERICA AND THE CONSTITUTION. .

  • You know, For the longest time I called people who bad mouthed the Govt. and painted them to be some shadowy police state hiding behind patriotism a bunch of paranoid idiots who had no idea what they were taking about. But now, after seeing NDAA and SOPA passing so quickly in congress, and the Media's utter SILENCE about both of these frightening bills, I don't call them paranoid anymore. If these bills aren't removed, we WILL become a police state.

  • Disturbing

  • I know a lot of people will see this as a lighthearted comment, but seriously, we need a rebellion. I'm not saying grab your guns and lets go wreak havoc in D.C., but I am saying that we can't stand for this any longer. The way the government can herd us around like sheep is unacceptable, and with NDAA and SOPA (if it gets past), our freedoms will be gone. The government is trying to make these programs seem like they're targeting the enemy until we're dumbed down enough, then they'll turn in us

  • Comment removed

  • @RancheroBFT congrats you have made the red list with that comment. You will need to call 1-800- obamarules and reserve your FEMA coffin. You may be able to choose which detainment camp you are tortured at if you hurry?

  • @RancheroBFT I agree with you and I say that the same should be done to the Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and the rest of those douchebag traitors who passed all these unconstitutional laws that robs Canadians of all their rights, freedoms and liberties. I'm actually a Canadian.

  • @RancheroBFT careful there or you might be one of those that disappear into the governments black hole lol, i hear yea hell ill probably be sitting beside you for just agreeing with you.

  • @RancheroBFT

Force will only be used as A LAST OPTION.... we have to pray for peace.... and have hope. And when all else fails.... take to the streets :)

  • @MrHos84 would be more of a punishment, than actual force

  • @RancheroBFT WORD!

  • @RancheroBFT: Hey U shit-for-brains FUCKTARD, you just called for the execution of the POTUS & any/all members of Congress! That should be a fucking crime! I will forward your post to the authorities and see if they agree!

Fuck you & all fucking anarchists! You fucking charlie manson stupid piece of shit!

Is that the only thing your atrofied little mind can come up with?

Did you applaud the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords?

    Fuck you!

  • @rammer257 Go watch some college football you retard!

  • @rammer257 What you think that congress or the president are above the law...ive got news for you, they arent and if they are corrupt or tyrannical then it is our obligation to point it out and do something about it.....Treason is treason

  • This is a distraction. The bill is annual and I can promise you this is not going to do what you think it might do. It is something the left is using to toy with the American psyche.

  • @KingDingaLing090 People like you are dangerous, just like the media, trying to assure the american public that everything is ok when the constitution is being burned.

  • @samuriguy909 And you would like an American panic. NSAA is an anual thing. The courts, lobbyists, pressure groups and lawers will examine and challenge it. We have a constitution. This is unconstitutional. Let the magnificent American system handle it. Don't be a bitch.

  • I think Obumbler threw you Ronculties are bone... love the piece sign and the asian cop. Bababab

  • just like andromeda, a coincidence???..., NO

  • Just to clarify a common misconception, the indefinite detention provisions in the NDAA which was passed absolutely can be applied to American citizens.

"The exemption for American citizens from the mandatory detention requirement (section 1032) is the screening language for the next section, 1031, which offers no exemption for American citizens from the authorisation to use the military to indefinitely detain people without charge or trial."

  • @TheSmokingShow Obama go to hell

  • @TheSmokingShow I know thats what too many stupid people dont understand!!!

  • page 265-266 of H.R. 1540, read it! You will start to understand it does not target American citizens!

  • It has that to fool people just like you....if you read the whole thing, they can bypass that at a whim.

  • @timasion....You didn't read the whole thing, obviously....all they have to do is claim you an enemy combatant or a sympathizer (AKA you are anti-war).

they can also strip you of your citizenship. ;-) READ THE DAMN BILL, DON'T EXPECT THE TELL-LIE-VISION TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH!!!

  • @john25rs2001 lol strip you of citizenship??? lol!!! NOBODY HAS THE POWER TO DO THAT BESIDES DEATH! No, they can't detain you w/o trial, it specifically states on p. 265-266 of the bill (p. 265: this section does not affect or construe the existing law of the U.S. citizenship detention (basically, what is stated in the constitution itself, so this whole section of void of that argument)...and p. 266 states "requirements of detention does not extend to citizens of United States"

  • @phil198711 Then you need to take alook at this act comming up, not passed yet: watch?v=Hzpr7bL1Iw4

    Enemy Expatriation Act (H.R. 3166)

Protest or bad mouth your government and you could lose your citizenship, what i'm wondering if this could be used against candidates..

  • @john25rs2001 basically, what they mean by requirement, to detain a captured prisoner, you have to fill out a detention form and get the REQUIRED stamp of approval by the US president...if they don't get approved stamp, they go to tribunal court (military court)...now, if that stamp of approval cannot be extended to citizens of US, obviously, you get the right to trial and due process of law...just as it is stated in the constitution...

  • @john25rs2001 basically, the stamp voids the terrorists rights to a trial...

  • Read the Act. It contains specific sections which state that it DOES NOT apply to American citizens.

  • the answer to tyranny

    is a magnum 357

  • The hammer is falling, my friends.

    Head. For. The. Hills.

  • and yes she is hot and yes i support ron paul

  • that aint how its done for the record

  • ron paul will! 2012!!

  • @SinisterBlackheart Ron Paul is not the answer.

  • And naturally, Obama signed it into law without batting an eye. Has anyone ever used the restrooms in the US capital? I'm just wondering if the toilet paper there has copies of the Constitution printed on it...
