Very true. Every old ladies love to boast how successful and rich their children are. What boils down is not success and wealth but true filial piety and caring. In the ending, the women whose children are so successful were too busy to come back to visit their parents during festivals.

This is a great commercial, while I was in Malaysia for Chinese New Year last year, we can't stop giggling when it aired. This year, I was waiting for it but a new one came up, I still like this! So touching and funny!

this is a Malaysian commercial, they are speaking Hokkien, which is a dialect of chinese, and the subtitles are in Malaysian language

The only one who was quiet, when asked how her son is doing, she said " my son is fine, he's coming to pick me up."
