@midnightassassin13 it's not boosting, that's why there's no BOV. LAG - he's probably only at 4-5K RPM... That turbo is huge; probably doesn't come on 'til 6.5-7K RPM.
Can you not hear it spooling the turbo? Most cars cant even spool a turbo that big without a load on the motor so I doubt it has a problem spooling it up before 6.5K
I love it when people say the obvious..."no BOV"-dropitlow88...what, are you kidding, its more than likely got a wastegate and BOV (SSQV or Greddy RS) of course its going to lag for obvious reasons such as a huge compressor and turbine = a need for more exhaust gases to flow, to turn the turbine. With a tri rotor engine the boost wont be prevalent until 3,500-5,500 rpm's depending on fuel mods (DUH)...bet it feels nice on the highway, down shift into 4th gear and pull away from the competition.
