I think it might still retract even without the rubber band because of the way the lazy tong works and moves

@NinjaClyde exaxtly, its so hard to find a construction of a blade that isnt spring bound... and something that isnt wind up, like the first assassins creed's hidden blade, Which is wat altiar actually did in the game, he wound it back up...LoLz to that...

Now put a bearing slide with a blade on the slide with its own locking mech. that way it extends even more and yea comment below

Good Design:) The only fault is the arm part and how far stretches out. So it kinda couldn't fit in a sleeve...

Apart from that its awsome and it works!!!
