I think the chord changes are fine!! its just the mic is low quality so your getting alot of the harsher high frequency percussive noises from her strumming. A little EQ tweak n i could listen to this all day :-) xx
i thought the singing was great, but the guitar needs some work, not the actual playing, that was fine, but think it needs playing in a lower key to match your voice, then it would be sweet as a nut

That's got to be one of the best versions I've seen of this in a while. It's quite high with capo on 4th but it sounds great.

Unsurpisingly, bad rhythm on the guitar. vocally mediocre. that explains why its rare to find girls who are exceptionally good in guitar.
