Tenhi is one thing what makes me proud to be Finnish. There's so obscure and weird yet atmospheric feeling in every song. Just lovely! I must parade that I own almost every Tenhi album. Only missing "Airut:Aamujen" but that problem will be solved very soon.

Somebody who is stubborn enough that he won't admit liking anything.

Somebody who actually doesn't like this song, not necessarily Tenhi in general. For example I don't like this Tenhi song either because it's not solid enough compared to their other songs. I didn't press the dislike button but someone else might do.

Yeah, happened to me all the time. Some say once you are familiar with hungarian, learning Finnish is relatively easy. Hungarian is my first language, aswell as yours (The One with Golden Hair) so it should be peace of cake. Respect m8!

Finnish requires another way of thinking, one cannot depend on the logics of a - said to be related - language. For example, when it comes to suffixes, Finnish climb into a tree, not on it, and they shop from somewhere, not simply somewehere :) Let alone grammatical structures unknown to Hungarian :D

Still it is so beautiful it is worth the learning.

They are, and I don't usually know this kind of stuff but I remember my teacher saying something to this effect, and since we had an Hungarian girl in our class, he asked her to talk some :D It didn't sound Finnish at all, though :P

@judith326 yes, exactly. however I often meet (Hungarian) people who claim that Finnish does sound like Hungarian when you listen to it from a distance. as a speaker of both languages, I have never noticed something like this. Hungarian has much too affricates, for instance, to be able to sound the least Finnish. they may have the same roots, but have been separated and developed in rather different surroundings for way too long, it's no surprise they don't sound alike.
