@CGLillang Get the momentum of the toss going. You're arms may not be strong enough to do certain tosses. If you do multiple reps of push-ups, it will help. I had the same problem and that's what my instructor told me to do.

i made a line like that. First person through a pop toss while i did a cartwheel. Caught that. Person behind me caught the triple toss I did. That person threw a "J" toss. The next person caught that then did a parrell toss which i caught.(confusing but awesome!!!) (: worked out well! but never video taped it. :P

Easy. Very easy. Me and my friend do this a lot. Try more complex tosses, it's more fun that way. Also try rotating people while standing in front and tossing across to each other, that's always a lot of fun, lots of exercise too.
