The Falmer stuff was in there because, hundreds of years ago in this game, there was a race of Elves who were decimated and had to hide below ground with the Dwemers. The Dwemers betrayed them, however, and took away the Elves' sight which caused them to go insane, thus the Falmers were created who then killed all the Dwemers.

@melodyharmony17 The Falmer didnt kill the Dwemer. They mysteriously vanished. So the Falmer started to seep deeper into the ground to stay away from the Centurions that were still protecting the ruins. But now during the time period of Skyrim, the Falmer are slowly making their way up to the surface and murdering groups of people. During a part of my game i came across an abandoned lighthouse, lead to a pretty cool story involving a Redguard family and Flamer.

i dont know if maybe he finds this in a later episode, but if he were to find the Seed Stone, it would save a lot of time. it increases your carry weight by about 100 points so he can carry more without getting "over-encumbered" anymore (:

upgrading the restoration perks heals more and takes less magic. I think theres one for overcharging when you dual cast and one that increases the amount it heals by 50%. just fyi.
