  • Wow this looks WOW. Just i dont understand whats this movies about. I guess I will have to see it on filmsi.co.cc first. I can't wait for it that's going to be EPIC! I love when they show trailers in a new inventive way - makes me more excited to see the film :)

  • The Schweineferkel really likes that!

  • See this film at kookíca!! Believe me, you must watch this movie, incredible story! The best movie time of my lifetime. I trusted this guys very much when I saw this video, and I didn't regret for seeing it in the full of time!

  • Great acting all around, with effects that supported the movie instead of taking it over. If it's as deep as some of you people think, then I'm clueless. I would love to see it again right away and will on kòòkica when I catch some time...

  • I just finished watching this movie..and I can say I recommend it. It has great plot, and in my opinion, I think it was based on the real story, some parts definitely...it looks like a real life.. Very good. I love k o o k i c a!!!

  • ok so why did T Bone share so much credit for this song?

  • @walterwaltz T-Bone probably edited it after he heard it the first time. Most of it may have been done, but probably not all in it's final form.

  • Songwriters are going to get compared to Dylan. If your a baseball player you get compared to Hank Aaron. Ryan Bingham has a unique creative voice and an ability to transcend classic genre definition, which is always going to get you the Dylan comparison. His singing voice, I'm sure, also contributes to the Dylan comparisons. In one way or another, most modern singers, rock bands, etc.. are influenced by dylan, either directly or indirectly. Bob Dylan left a huge mark and casts a large shadow.

  • @deadk133 Unfortunate, that the last guy is always going to be compared with the first guy. Everyone has their influences. Can anyone honestly find the first guy?

  • why the hell did t bone get the oscar if ryan bingham wrote it by himself, as its made clear here??

  • they BOTH won it TOGTHER

  • Feel like watching Movies in full lenght and for FREE? quickfreemovie ( . ) com have all the great movies you want

  • The most banal song ever.

  • More like anal.

How many "corner truck stops" have you seen, by the way? Usually they are pretty big places. But, there are ALWAYS people in there shooting dice and playing pool, that's a guarantee.

  • Thanks for uploading this video. I love the notion that a great song is one that feels like youve heard it before. Because it touches on some level to your own life's experience.

  • go suck it with your comparisons here and there. its a damn nice song and a nice movie (although very much like the wrestler).

Comparing dylan with this aint even the same ballpark. so stop that shit, and realise that this is a nice song, regardless who the hell wrote it.

    get it?

    damn asshats

  • Seriously. This is MUCH better than anything Dylan ever wrote. I think after I hang out at the corner truck stop, I'm gonna go to the corner mega-mall and buy some of his records. You know what idiots say, "When it pours, it rains!"

  • Sorry Bingham fans, but when you compare your man to Bob Dylan, it does make you look moronic, and it only emphasizes the extent of Bingham's shortcomings as a songwriter.

Bingham is 28 years old (almost 29), and he has 2 albums.

By the time Dylan was 29 years old, he had 11 albums. So off the bat, you can see how much more proflifc Bob Dylan is as a writer.

But when you look at their lyrics side-by-side, it becomes very clear: Dylan is to Bingham as Apples are to Rancid horse meat.

  • Wow, if Bingham if rancid horse meat what does that make you? A steaming pile of manure?

  • Har har har har har har har har! Zing! Take that, MrJones! I heard Bingham is gonna write a song called "Ballad of a Thinner Man" about you. There's something happening here, but you don't know what it is, do you, Mr. Jones? And what is happening is the biggest mass-duping of all times! Bingham has punk'd all of you just as hard as morfeeene just punk'd MrJones! HAR HAR HAR!

  • don't be so mad.

  • Ryan Bingham is a freaking amazing artist!!! He's pretty much a bad ass!!!!

  • Sorry you feel that way, JohnDoe. This is a damn fine song, and ryan's a good man. The song'll outlive you.

  • Man, this should win the Oscar for sure! And if it does, my retarded cousin that is in kindergarten will surely win the Pulitzer Prize for poetry. These lyrics are so fucking lame and elementary. I cannot believe T-Bone Burnett was duped by this idiot. Is everyone losing their fucking minds? You people are all fucking morons! Every last one of you. If this song wins an Oscar I hope Bob Dylan throws his away because it won't be worth shit anymore. I have to go puke.

  • @JohnDoe959 It won. Has the sky fallen? I'm sure you write much better...or maybe your retarded cousin?? you're a moron.

  • So, a..hole, who are you? America's cultural minister of taste in music?...the arbiter of all that is correct? Why don't you just lie down while this powerful song steamrolls over your sorry ass.

  • Have you retards looked at the lyrics to this song or any of his others? They are fucking moronic. The SONG (instrumentation/arrangement) was done by T-Bone Burnett who I'd always respected until he hooked up with this Bingham ass-clown.

  • This must kill you- The winner is The Weary Kind!

Bob Dylan would be proud of this storyteller.

  • Bob Dylan would laugh.

  • What the hell you talking about:

You might have the very next Steve Earle, Bob Dylan, and Bruce Springsteen in the front of your face but you're either tone deaf or can't read lyrics.

Try Southside of Heaven or Bread and Water and tell me Ryan Bingham is a hack.

Fucking guy has talent coming outta his AAASSSSS!

  • He might surround himself with good musicians, but he can't play and he can't write. My main problem with him is his douche-bag fans that can't see through his poser-cowboy facade. If you really think that his lyrics are good then you are retarded. You can't just say, "he's the next Dylan" and have his lyrics become good somehow. By the way, we actually might have the next Steve Earl in front of us because he too is a poser-faggot-douche that can't write, though he can pick okay.

  • Okay John Doe,

Do you really think name-calling is going to get people riled up? You sound like a child.

Go grab a juice box and go sit at the kiddie table, the adults are talking.

  • this is a great song i tried covering it myself on the piano check it out and let me know how i did

  • Awesome movie! A movie you cant miss.

  • 100% Oscar win.

  • Bingham does it again.

  • View more videos and upload your version of "The Weary Kind" at thewearykind (dot) com

  • This guy should have played Collin Farrels character, he was horrible in that movie!!

  • You are truely blessed Ryan. Stay true to your soul and you will live to be an old man and look back over those years and smile. Love you, Jillie

  • Ryan Bingham is amazing! Bless you Scott Cooper and T Bone Burnett for recognizing this!

  • I LOVE THE VIDEO

  • He has a great voice and yes he does sound a bit like dylan and springsteen, but he is different too
