First off flexcut gave gian no warning that he would flag his videos. Second off Gian didn't know it was flexcut's. (He thought it was just a random fanmade thing floating around the internet.) Third off at times like this, some things are more important than the "youtube terms of service". (even though they should usually be regarded at all times.)
