i have one more question...my phone is 10.0 do i needo to upgrade it to 11.0 and them to 20.0...i was reading something about the topic and i get a new product code (0558072) but nokia software u still telling me that the lastest version is 11.0

You have to change your Product Code before flashing. Search for solution.

for the ones with vista, download the nss beta version.. change the product code, go to nsu and there u are.. it worked for me.. great firmware..

i've got an n81 2gb. i looked for this new version an the nokia site, but there the latest firmware upgrade is 11.0.045 (which i got it on my phone) SO PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND v20.0.056 ?!?!?

Try change your Product Code to 0558072. You can do it with Nemesis Service Suite (NSS). You can also download it and apply via Phoenix or Nokia Care Suite. Check video info for links.

i think that there is beta version of NSU for Vista. Or you can try run it in XP-mode (check properties of nsu file). Of course you're doing this in your own responsibility.
