@SteveMtrl They are chassis for trucks. It's pretty much the under frame of the truck, and everything is built off of it (or so I understand). If you look at any automotive plant, they most likely get their chassis in by train like this. They are made by Formet, which is one of the biggest employers in St. Thomas. They make this amount of chassis in one day. Each flat bed car holds 72 chassis - therefore 72 new trucks. Pretty crazy stuff. Thanks for watching! :)
Very nice! There are a lot of flat cars loaded with waht look to be racks - any idea what they are for or where the come from?
