  • i wouldnt be watching if it wasnt my homework; but we gotta care;<3

  • If you look close enough you can see the strings that control these puppets!

  • i wouldn't be watching uhh this if it wasn't my homework... if your watching for your own joy then you have no life and should uhh

    jump off uhh bridge

  • me too i wouldnt b watching this if it wasnt 4 hw its so boring io have no interest in politics or enconomy im not getting this

  • it's boring, yes, but it's important for Americans to learn this because Americans made a mistake in 2000 and 2004 and now were paying the cost. It's important to learn about the stuff that has affect on your life; education is a big part of your life as is mine, jobs...

  • We need you. Know your parties :-)

Ask a teacher, librarian or people you trust. Go to an encyclopedia or reference book. Anyone will help.

Ignore opinions or emotions. Get facts from folks.

Write stuff down. Keep it simple and in your words. Keep it in your sock drawer as your life project.

    1. Start with: Democratic, Republican,

    2. Next: Independents and Green, and

    3. If time: Socialism and Communism.

Answer this, Do your beliefs fit with 1 or 2 parties?

    Thanks

  • It is just fucking the game RISK they play.

Deal with your own country before you will deal with the world. Lies lies lies lies lies.

  • What kind of fucking world we living in!

    DAMMIT!

    We all are one fools!

  • Dont matter who will be the president. Im now sure after this debate. World war three is comming. Amerika is bankrupt. The only way out is to start a world war. Look at you tube if you investigate you see all the lies. In this debate there are also a lot of lies. To many people dont know what is going on because the most people are to busy with spending, working and paying the bills.

  • OBAMA Supporters!!!! I hope all of you are registered to vote!! Please don't rely on your friends or neighbors to vote. You can vote by mail too. Nobody has inspired me to vote more than Obama.

  • 3:28 McCain lies, Obama should have been more forcful to point it out but Johnny doesnt even look at him..he is stubbern and we cannot afford that.. as for the debate.. acording to polls fpolicy is the only catagory mccain leads in .. and i don't no how any one can say he won this..

  • Well done Obama- and may I say for the record, that while we are not a perfect country, and yes it would be nice in the future to have more than 2 candidates, we are doing pretty darn well as a country- that is why so many people risk their lives to live here- it would be nice though- as Obama says- if we could restore the respect of foreign leaders in America

  • American sheep,..instead of one party communism politics you harbor 2 party capitalism..Big freaking difference....Sheep, vote for someone else for the first time of your stupid lives...

  • at least we have the choice to do so.

Oh who will i vote for today? putin? or putin?

  • I'm not too familiar w/ foreign policy...but Mccain sounds 2 me like he just wants the US to do their own thing & not negotiate w/ other countries first. It sounds like we will be going to war w/ everyone & isolate our allies further. Our allies(NATO) are already upset w/ the US after the Iraq war. I guess I'm not surprised coming from a man (McCain) that spent his high school yrs as a wrestler & boxer & then spent most of his adult life in the Navy. All McCain wants 2 do is fight-military mind!

  • Imagine if Ron Paul was the Republican nominee. Now THAT would be a debate!

  • Obama sounds just like one step below a Neo-con warmonger. Listen to what he is saying.

    VOTE THIRD PARTY.

Ralph Nader is on the ballot in 45 states.

    VOTE NADER.

  • Ralph Nader is on a pathetic ego-trip in 45 states.

    BOOT NADER.

  • Dear Sheep,

He is not on an "ego trip". He just wants to end the 2 party system. Sheep, how are you supposed to know anything when the media only talks about 2 parties. ALL of the major media is owned by corporations (Time Warner is a big one). These corporations LOBBY the government. And since there is no real difference between the Republi-crats (unless you count gay marriage) you get the SAME SYSTEM ehtir way. Have you ever even bothered to listen to Ralph Nader before? Probably not.

  • I get what your saying but you do have to see a lesser of evils here. Obama is much less of a war monger then McCain and at least hes going after the right people.

You are right about Nader he just has to big a hill to clime.

  • I understand what you are saying about Obama being "less of a war-monger" however you would not know that from listening to him here. I was taken aback at the things he said about Russia and his similarities to the neo-con / McCain agenda.

And why do people always have to choose "the lesser of the two evils" ? That is not a fair choice in my opinion.

  • Yea it sucks Im just hoping he's flexing war muscle for votes. If he were to say nothing about defending us or any type of war strategy dumb people would think hes soft or not a leader. Sucks it has become that.

  • I was hoping the exact same thing. As a matter of fact I'm hoping he is saying allot of other things for votes so he can get in office and be a sort of "maverick" or "renegade" President, bucking the Neo-Cons etc. However based on his track record I think it's a far fetched hope.

  • you make a great point i was just saying the other day, i told my mom that there are more than just two parties the the rest are overshadowed, regardless of dem or rep the same people are behind them BILDERBERG! Bernays said in his book Propaganda that the american people couldnt handle more than two choices and this was written in the 1920's before the nazi rise to power and other such dictatorships, you can find the e book its very interesting check it out its an eye opener... INDEEEEEED

  • i agree. politically im much closer to Nader then Obama, but Nader isnt even on the ballot in all of the states meaning there is no way he can win. im just being a realist. i say why vote for Nader when you could vote for Obama, help him win, and have a president who is closer to your own ideology then McCain, whom completely disgusts me. but what do i know? im just a crazy left wing socialist.

  • Good News. Nader is on the ballot in 45 states. Did you listen to Obama in these debates? He is talking about using war and supporting nuclear power. Both of them are for the wall street bailouts. Obama supports a troop surge. He has the same Free Trade (NAFTA) agenda as McCain. Voted for the Patriot Act and to continue to fund the Iraq war. Obama is just the lesser of the 2 evils. That's all. These party's are one in the same.

  • There was so much goodwill and empathy for Americans after 9/11 ... but Bush has squandered all that with lies. It's a shame how Bush has destroyed your country.

I think you guys need a new approach. Dialogue and respect etc. McCain seems to want to maintain that hostility with rogue nations, which I do not think is helpful.

Anyways, good luck and all the best with picking your next leader.

  • Hello. I'm Australian. Obama was so right on when he said that America has less standing/respect in the world. Because of George Bush, everybody thinks Americans are arrogrant hypocritical etc. ... how can American criticize Russia for invading Georgia when America invaded Iraq on the basis of lies?? It just doesn't hold up well, and there is no credibility any more ... also; no one has faith in the US economy no more, and the US dollar is so weak right now, with further inflation to come.

  • Kudos Ripley01! I agree...

  • im an american and i thought the same thing. how can we come in and take over a soverign country and then still think we have the right to tell Russia not to do the same?

  • Look at the way Obama talked about Russia. It was the same war Rhetoric coming from McCain. McCain talked about Putin's billboard in Georgia without mentioning it was put there by the citizens in the breakaway province. Look at what the USA did in Kosovo. They bombed Serbia. Then Georgia does the same thing and the USA supports it. That's a double standard. Serbia is not NATO. They are not telling both sides of the story. Just making Russia look like the unjust aggressor. All lies. All onesided.

  • I have to agree with you and I truly think that if Obama talked about Russia and agreed with them he wouldn't be the most liked person right now. I remember when this happened the war between Russia and Georgia and I said I was on Russia's side based off of what Georgia was doing...

  • Why wasn't he looking at Obama?

  • McCain not only lost the debate - he kept the unappealing aspects of his personality on constant display. Never deigning to look at Obama, constantly repeating "Senator Obama doesn't understand" for no good reason, acting aggressive and excitable.
