Jennie Garth (Kelly Taylor) said that Kelly and Harry were suppose to have an affair but Jennie Garth said no to it cause she didn't want to do anymore sexual stuff on the show. That's one if the reasons why she left the show.

She seems to have a little crush. As far as we know they don't have history, but they did know each other before he moved to Kansas. I'm not sure what Harry's age, but Rob will be 46 on July 22. While Jennie is actually 37, Kelly is 35, so that would make Harry 11 years older than Kelly if Harry is the same age as Rob. So no, I don't think it's even possible that they have a history beyond her maybe having a crush on him when they were younger.

kelly graduated '93 and now it is '09 which would make her 34... but she was 17 when erin was born, and erin is 16 1/2 (right?) which would make her around 33 1/2

and then harry has kids same age as silver. nd his kid when he was 17 is ~25-24. saying 24-16=8 17+8=25 and so he was 25- 17(kelly) = 8 years older

25+16=41. so if he is 41. and she is 34ish...he is 7 years older

okay so i guess maybe she had a crush on him when he was a teenager? haha. thanks! :)

With all of the numbers you just figured out they obviously wouldn't be the same age but in one of the early episodes they were looking at a picture of the two of them as kids, they looked about the same age in the picture so I think they are supposed to be the same age or within a couple years of each other. It is possible that they writers/producers just didn't think through everything.

Except that in the first episode (or one of the beginning episodes), Harry has a picture of Kelly and Harry when they were both ten years old...

No, all that's said is that she was ten years old at the time and thought his haircut was cool. His age in the picture wasn't stated. I really don't think we were ever supposed to assume they were the same age. Just that they knew each other.
