The only bad thing I have to say is that since I've been cookin BBQ Pit Boys style it's hard to go to somebody else's BBQ party and eat. The whole time I'm eating I'm thinkin about ribs Pit Boys style. Then you gotta tell the chef what a great job he did ... on his gas grill!! It's like night and day. Keep those videos coming. (p.s. how about a thick cut poke-chops recipe?)

Just a question. I only have an electric grill and I haven't tried to do these recipies. Is it still possible? will it be a bit harder to do cuz I would really want to try.
Well I made this recipe. The flavor was great, and MOST of the individual ribs came out great.
1. I substituted Sirachra sauce instead of Cayenne. It was great fit the flavors more appropriately than cayenne.
2. This is the first time Ive ever done ribs already cut to single bones. When you are doing this you really need to watch those less meaty ribs. You need to be rotating those around and don't be afraid to pull the smaller ones 30-40 mins early and tent them with foil.
What I really love about y'alls channel is that you don't use some big fancy expensive smoker... that kettle grill can be bought anywhere in the US and is totally affordable. Nice job showing that this can be done by anyone. Awesome.
Man I'd be willing to fly to the U.S all the way from Southern Europe if they open a restaurant. The only Tex-Mex restaurant here is as expensive as vodka in North Korea.
Looks great. Only thing I would think about adding is a few splashes of fish sauce. To me fish sauce and oyster sauce go hand in hand. But, I would have substituted the Hoisin sauce for the fish sauce. Just so there isn't to many flavors. You don't want the marinade over powering the ribs.
