It is only through stillness that one can shift into the present moment. Finding the stillness through attention to nature is the easiest way. This of course can be experienced not just visually but also through the auditory senses. Observing a tree or flower can be enhanced or replaced by listening for the silence.
If there is noise, listen for the silence beneath that, and then again beneath that. It is always there beneath, waiting to lead you into the present moment.
Thank you for posting this video. I really need to practice this especially when I listen to music. Instead of acknowledging the tittle of a song and identify it, just enjoy it without labeling it and neither trying to figure it out the lyrics.
