i dont know a lot about melee training places, but these places are good for not getting so much health knocked out.

1.) Hellhounds; max(10) (40k-50k)

2.) Greater demons; max(9) (40k - 50k)

3.) Ankous; max(8) (35k-45) 

4.) Lesser demons max(8) (35k-45k)

5.) Rock crabs max(2) (30k-40k)

1-3 (wilderness volcano)

They've nerfed PC many times. They've reduced the point xp values tremendously, as when it first game out, one point was hundreds of xp. o_o. people were making 99s overnight!

Then they added level requirements and, as level 3s were getting 99 hp without actually hurting monsters.

1 more place u can try to train on is Fire giants, i timed thatif i use piety + super set = 31 kills of fire giants in 10 min, calculate math,31(kills per 10 min)x 444(fire giant hp)x6(60min in an hr)= around 82-83k xps per hr so yeah, good xps there =] more xps there if yr slayer task r them too=]
