This whole series of intros from the 1960's and '70's feels like my life in re run Thanks for the memories. There is a lot I have forgotten that I actually remember! Should Fabulous theme song too!! be a 60's and 70's channel as these shows are actually timeless - the fashion less so. Am happy to have had the best of times to grow up in in my humble opinion.
Thank you for posting this wonderful bit of nostalgia. Just a comment on Hawaii 5 oh. It is a travesty about how the indigenous natives of hawaii are completely marginalized by the USA. They have no rights and no voice on their own island, and most people will jump to defend the USA instead of doing any kind of research into their plight. Our Navy uses their native long boats as gunnery practice, and this event is blocked from going before the U.N. or even published in any newspaper!
dooktango, Hawaii 5-0 premiered on September 20th, 1968...
and, the Columbo music was really the music for the umbrella title that Columbo was on, "The NBC Mystery Movie" (along with McCloud and McMillian & Wife, among others)...
All these shows quintessentially defined the genre " crap T V "
