this truck is so sweet im getn one for christmas but i thing just so its quicker off the line it needs a smaller pinion/bigger spur but thumbs up man love it

I like it. but the thing I didn't like was the extreme zoom in the camera when the truck was climbing. The one that was recording the video, don't let others appreciate the car cause of the shaking of the camera (make people feel dizzy trying to follow the car) ..............

Hey I was curious what all problems did you have with the hannibal when you first got it. I just got mine and the exsaust gasket keeps melting. Did you have this problem?

@gssanchez25 , Yes i had problems with the gasket melting,then i lost the three springsafter that,I also hated the plastic four gears, But I beat all my trucks realy hard and i enjoy fixing them,Maybe if you are nicer to it than I was to mine ,It will last a little longer, good luck

@gssanchez25 I had the same problem too. I bought a small radiator hose about 1 1/8 in diameter, lubed it up a bit to slide it over where the header and exhaust mate and 2 hose clamps. works great and no power loss or anything, and it doesnt look too bad either. I tried that and I've ran several tanks through it with no problems.

Hi ,Yes it is 4x4 shaft drive, 7 dog bones, front and rear oil diffes,it climbs any thing,I am not a track guy ,so i can not help in this area,but Monster truck are the best bashers :)

Hi,Sorry for being late to respond,this truck is slow and not aggressive as i would like ,that is because it has a 30cc HY engine and 5700 clutch spring,But i replaced that wity the 5T 26CC CY engine and 8000 clutch spring,also HPI air filter, Now it has tons a power ,sounds louder and very aggressive,I will try to post a new vedio soon.

I paid about 800 and I added 5100mah reciever battery , now i can run it for about 3 hrs, double time

About the speed,30 cc can move any truck and you have 8 defferent gear setting to go faster,just remember that the faster you go the less acceleration you have,just like any other truck,with $ 30 gears in my baja I made it go 50mph from 42 mph ,that was amazing speed but it dusen't climb or spin like before,so i like to play with gears.

Sorry for late reply,HPI is great out of the box ,I had mine for two years now,went through 3 engins and tons of tires, and still going, also no one has similer customer service like HPI guys,plus the baja performanc is amazing,but there is no HPI 4x4 monster yet!!!!!

This truck needs better engine and clutch spring 8000 ,and good air filter,then it will be as much fun as the baja.

@MrCorejet you said you have had this for 2 years and have gone through 2 engines Are you talking about this engine in this video or a nitro engine. Because i thought that these engine last for a really long time. Since they are essentially weed eater motors?

Hi ,Ok all the HY motors are not as good as th CY or Zenoah, I did not like the low 5700 clutch spring ,it made the truck slower, but it is safer for the power train. Other than that it is good quality ,it is exactly like a Red cat rampage and has a lot of common parts,I purchased gears before from red cat and they are the same exact thing.

The cheapest upgrade that this truck needs that made all the defferent is to change the clutch spring from 5700 to HPI 8000,

Hi ,you know I have four trucks two gas and two electric,two 2x4 ( slash and 5t ) and two 4x4 ( savage flux hp and the hannibal ) ,I love them all and I can not let go of any of them,
