They should be able to demonstrate and fight in the tiger's cave to prove that they willingness for change in the current Lao govt is critically recognized. The claims they made were totally true but not effective in the way that less global public interest, especially Lao's feeders (int donors and fund providers) to influence the GoL in changing their regime.
